Hermosa villa de vacaciones de 2 pisos construida en un terreno inclinado en terrazas rodeado de un magnífico jardín mediterráneo con escaleras que conducen al paseo marítimo y un pequeño embarcadero para amarrar y bañarse de manera segura. Situado en un pueblo pequeño y muy tranquilo con una tienda y un restaurante, pero no muy lejos de los principales centros turísticos de la isla. La villa se beneficia de su amplio jardín con muchos postes pequeños para descansar y disfrutar de las vistas. Desde un amplio dormitorio hay una amplia terraza con impresionantes vistas al mar, amueblada con una mesa y sillas para que pueda cenar al aire libre. Con dos habitaciones dobles y una individual, la villa es ideal para unas vacaciones familiares tranquilas.

A perfect week

We had an amazing week at Tonis gorgeous house. The location and views from this house are totally stunning. The photos don’t do it justice. We felt so lucky to have stayed here. The beautiful private jetty was where we spent most of the week jumping in the sea and sunbathing or going on trips in the boat we hired for 5 days. What a perfect spot, we really hope to come back.

We had a wonderful week, the villa is in a unique and beautiful location. We didn’t hire a car and managed to get around using the local bus service. Šime was always on the end of a WhatsApp to help us out with any queries. Would highly recommend

Unbelievable view

The house is in the most gorgeous location. It has a huge garden with about six or seven different seating areas. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. This includes a huge veranda with canopy where everyone can sit and watch the boats sailing into the bay. Steps lead down directly to the sea, so you can plunge into the ocean whenever you want. There are little villages nearby you can walk or swim to, to get drinks, food, ice cream. The track to the house is tricky, but ok.

Gorgeous location

The photos don't do this stunning location justice. The scale and beauty of the surroundings can't be captured on a phone screen! We snorkelled and kayaked all day, barbequed or ate at one of the "konobas" in Bobovisca in the evenings. The road to the property is completely bonkers by comparison to rural England, but completely achievable by a careful and brave driver. Milna harbour, the Olive Oil Museum and visiting Vidova Gora were highlights of our outings, but the best bits of the holiday were in the water right at the bottom of the garden!

Beautiful Brac

Lovely setting overlooking water and busy charter yacht moorings. Beautiful steep garden with lots of stone steps down to the water. Pleasant 20 minute walk into Bobovišća. Pros: we loved the garden and swimming off the steps every day. Watching the charter yachts come and go was entertaining, although some were a bit noisy. Beautiful Kingfishers along the water! Cons: The villa was a bit tired in places (the oven!) and we really suffered from the mosquitoes as there are no screens in the windows. That said, we really liked it here and had a lovely holiday.

This is a stunning location. We loved the view from the house and the ability to go down to the clear sea and swim/snorkel. Loads of fish to see and we even spotted an octopus! Toni and Sime were very responsive and helpful throughout. Toni put us in touch with a boat rental company and we hired a small boat for 4 days that was delivered to us and collected, with a mooring in front of the house. We would very much recommend doing this for small trips around the bay and one longer trip to Milna. The house is well equipped but a bit worn and we would have liked more comfortable bedding. Although Sime did tell us where to find additional pillows and blankets it was disappointing on arrival. Also mosquito netting on the beds and fans would help and allow for sleeping with windows open and no air conditioner (although air conditioner is obviously a plus when it gets really hot).We were 4 using the three up stairs bedrooms. I think if we were more and needing the cramped downstairs bedroom we would be disappointed.Overall a really great place to stay and we would definitely consider coming back. We were very sad to leave. Two final additions that would have made it even better is a cafetière for making coffee (there is Nespresso and a barista style coffee maker so no overall criticism and only a personal preference) and a couple of stand up paddle boards provided as part of the house. These are relatively cheap to buy but expensive to rent. The bay is perfect for them.

Relaxing stunning location in a quiet village

We had a lovely week at Toni’s property. The location is simply stunning, looking out on one of Bobavisca’s inlets. The house is rustic and homely with very comfortable beds and plenty of space. There is no lounge area but this does not matter as there is a wonderful terrace and the beautiful garden area is huge. The kitchen is very well equipped and all the bedrooms have air conditioning. We had a slight hiccup on arrival as there had been a big storm which meant the house was not ready but no matter as Sime the house manager soon sorted everything out for us. We were a family of five and spent most of our time lazing in the incredible gardens which are spread over many areas around the house or swimming in the warm sea off the private jetty. We didn’t hire a car, it’s an easy walk into Bobovisca na moru in about 20 minutes where there is a small shop and 2 restaurants-we ate at the Konoba Kogula a few times and it was very good. Were we to stay longer we would hire a car for day trips out or a boat to explore Brac further. In the end we only went to Milna by taxi which was reasonable. The road to the property is gravel and a bit rough but easily negotiable- we have driven much worse on previous holidays and worse at home in rural Devon-it’s no big deal. Sime and Toni communicated well and we’re quick to respond to any queries. A stunning location for a relaxing holiday in a traditional house. We may return in the future. Highly recommended.

Ein wundervolles Haus und Grundstück, die Lage ist wirklich toll. Die Anreise ist etwas abenteuerlich, da die Wege voller Schlaglöcher und auch abschnittsweise sehr steil sind, jedoch kommt man in Übung.Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter/Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

1 Woche in herrlicher Lage

Die Villa war sehr schön und wir haben den Aufenthalt mit ingesamt 8 Personen sehr genossen. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist in der Tat etwas schwierig, aber es lohnt sich für die Lage. Mit dem SUP übers Wasser kann man morgens schön im Ort einkaufen, Boot natürlich von Vorteil. Insgesamt sehr schöne Zeit dort, immer wieder gerne.

Traumhafte Lage!

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage und einen fantastischen Zugang zum Meer. Der Garten ist liebevoll und sehr schön angelegt. Die Terrasse bietet auch einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Leider war das Haus nicht richtig sauber als wir ankamen. Der Boden war klebrig und die Liegen und Stühle waren stark verschmutzt. Dies hat den ersten Eindruck leider stark getrübt. Auch das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Leider kann der kleine Raum auch nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden, da es dort leider stark nach Abwasser riecht. Sehr Schade.

Entschleunigung pur

Das Haus ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Viel Platz in traumhafter Lage. Nicht alles neu, dafür umso mehr Charakter. Wir haben uns für's Einkaufen und abendliche Restaurantbesuche ein kleines Motorboot gemietet, da die Anfahrt mit dem Auto durchaus sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Von der Anreise in breiteren SUVs möchte ich persönlich abraten, da der Weg zum Haus eng und von dornigen Büchen flankiert ist. Es wurde bereits in einer anderen Bewertung angeregt, ein Boot für das Haus anzuschaffen, dies kann ich nur unterstreichen. Vielleicht kann man auch einfach mit dem Bootsverleih im Hafen einen Deal für Gäste einrichten. Wir hatten das Boot fast die ganze Zeit und haben es auch für kleinere Schnorchelausflüge gerne genutzt. Als besonders freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit haben wir die Betreuung durch die Agentur und den Verwalter des Hauses empfunden.

Ferien in der Bucht der Segelschiffe

Wir genossen die 14 Tage in der Bucht von Bobovisca sehr. Das Haus und dessen ausschweifender Garten sind in einem guten Zustand und laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus ist besser als auf den Bildern im Inserat erkenntlich. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet, das fliessende Wasser kommt offenbar vom Festland und ist trinkbar. Der Kontakt mit den Hosts Toni Ivancic und Sime war unkompliziert. Der off-road-Weg zum Haus ist etwas gar gewöhnungsbedürftig, vor allem, wenn man in der Nacht ankommt. Privater Zugang zum Meer. Die Eigentümer möchten offenbar oben beim Haus einen Jacuzzi installieren. Wir plädieren Als Investition mehr für ein einfaches Schlauch-, Ruder- oder Mototboot, mit dem man die Buchten auskunftschaften könnte. Wer Segeljachten liebt, sieht unten in der Bucht jeden Tag welche ankommen und abreisen

Stunning place

Authentic Dalmatian property in incredible peaceful location that has everything you need. Two restaurants and shop in the village, fantastic views from the property and the most incredible garden and swimming straight from the garden. Owner was great and helped us with taxis and hire of a boat for the week which we moored at bottom of garden and went off exploring with. House has everything you need and is a genuine and real experience.

Beautiful house but…

The house is nice, garden is beautiful, location is wonderful, clear and hot sea is a couple steps downstairs. But… two things is missing in the description of the house : 1) you can access to one bedroom only from the outside (for a children bedroom, it’s not the best) ; 2) the only table is not big enough for 8 persons (only 6 chairs)

Sehr sorgfältig und gepflegte Gartenanlage. Gute Küchenausstattung und toller Meerzugang.Zufahrt zum Haus -off Road, steil/ gewöhnungsbedürftig. Mit einem Ruderboot wäre es perfekt, da man die Konoba gegenüber auf dem Wasserweg besuchen könnte. Schwimmend geht auch. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit da!

Lovely villa

Got there a bit later than planned and had a bit of difficulty finding it. Tony came to the rescue and showed us the way. The villa is off the beaten track, a little bit out on a limb, hence the problem locating it. But once your there all that is forgotten. Situated above the bay the panorama is fantastic. You watch the hire boats come and go. The villa has it's own quay and we went on little trips around the bay and to Bobovisca harbour in an inflatable boat we'd brought. Swimming of the quay was a simple pleasure enjoyed every day. The walk around the bay to Bobovisca took 20 minutes, several of our party simply swam across. The villa has large bedrooms, air conditioning ,a big kitchen and a wonderful terrace overlooking the bay. The mediterranean garden surrounding the villa was on several levels, the highest looked over the villa and the bay. All in all pretty marvellous.

Cudowne położenie, choć dojazd dla doświadczonych kierowców. Dom położony bardzo malowniczo z zachwycającym widokiem na zatokę i własnym dostępem do morza. Ogród cudowny z wieloma wspaniałymi miejscami do relaksu. Toni bardzo miły, pomocny i sympatyczny. Polecamy gorąco!!!

Fantastische Lage, tolles Wasser zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln, schöne Ausblicke auf Bucht und Segelboote, großzügiger Garten mit Vielzahl von Sitzplätzen, engagierter Vermieter. Das Haus an sich ist einfach und funktionell, die Betten bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhig. Eines der besten Urlaubshäuser, in denen wir bisher gewohnt haben. SUV oder ähnliches Auto empfohlen!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt auf Brac, Kroatien

Das Haus von Toni ist wirklich sehr schön, sauber und ein absolut traumhafter Urlaubsort. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Freunden dort und es war perfekt für uns. Die Bilder bringen nichtmal annähernd rüber, wie schön der Garten und die Bucht wirklich ist. Traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse aus in die Bucht und es gibt viele schöne Plätze, wo man sich um das Haus herum aufhalten kann. Die Küche hatte alles was wir brauchen und wir hatten einen rundum sorgenfreien Aufenthalt. Das einzige Manko ist der Weg zum Haus, welcher mit dem Auto wirklich sehr schwierig zu bewältigen ist. Wir würden empfehlen, das Auto etwas weiter oberhalb zu parken.

ALLES PERFEKT !!!

Dieses Haus ist absolut geeignet für Ruhesuchende. Die wunderschönen Terrasse laden zum perfekten Verweilen und Chillen ein. Nahezu von jedem Platz aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer, und kann die einlaufenden Segelboote beobachten. Toni war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er organisierte uns auch ein kleines Boot ( danke auch a Petar ) . Auch unsere17 jährigen Jungs fühlten sich sehr wohl ( W-LAN war vorhanden und ok) . Die Ausstattung der Küche ist besser als man es üblich erwarten kann. Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren, coronafreien Urlaub bei Toni in Bobovisca na moru 🤗

eine sehr schöne kleine Villa, fantastisch gelegen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub! Die Zufahrt zum Haus war machbar, die Lage ist einfach wunderbar, die Kinder konnten jeden Tag über den direkten Zugang ins Wasser und waren in der Bucht auf dem Schlauchboot oder der Luftmatratze sicher unterwegs. Der Garten mit den vielen Terrassen ist ein Traum, hier konnte man sich richtig gut erholen. Zwei Kinder haben auf den beiden Liegen geschlafen, das war überhaupt kein Problem, aber Erwachsene hätten vielleicht lieber im Bett geschlafen. Danke Toni für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!
