Villa "Rodolphe" 12 is located in Pian-Médoc and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The 240 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 additional toilets, accommodating up to 12 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), 5 satellite TVs, fans, washing machine, dryer, and drying rack. The property is well insulated, and numerous fans help keep you cool in summer. You also have access to a private gym with shower and gym equipment. Please notify 24 hours in advance if you wish to use the jacuzzi; it is available on request for an extra fee. The same applies for pets.



This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a heated pool (open June to October), year-round hot tub, garden, open-air terrace, barbecue, and pétanque court.



The villa is a 10-minute drive from Blanquefort station (tram line C) and Eysines (tram line D), 15 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from Golf du Pian Médoc (2x18 holes), and less than 30 minutes from ocean beaches and Lacanau Lake.



Six parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is permitted for an extra fee. Smoking is not allowed. The property is step-free and has a storage area for motorcycles and bicycles.

Netter sympathischer Vermieter. Trotz des Missverständnisses mit der Agentur bezüglich der Kaution. Hier gab es die Fehlinformation, dass die Kaution von 1000 Euro auch durch die Übertragung einer Versicherungspolice über den Betrag für den Aufenthalt gestellt werden kann. Das konnten wir pragmatisch mit Bargeld (Reisekasse Bankautomat) lösen. Das Haus wird liebevoll gepflegt und nach und nach erneuert. Leider war bei uns das WC im oberen Bad noch nicht nutzbar. Es ist aber neu mit Sensor, das sollte bald klappen. Der Garten ist für Hunde super (komplett geschlossen) Leider hat bei uns das Wetter nicht mitgespielt. Aber die umliegenden Städte Bordeaux und St. Emillion helfen dabei. Wir waren nur mit 2 Erwachsenen, für 6 Personen geht es auch, wäre mir aber zu knapp. Allerdings war ein Teil unten abgeschlossen. Wir haben uns gut erholt !

Wir entschuldigen uns für das Missverständnis bezüglich der Kaution und die vorübergehenden Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Badezimmer im Obergeschoss. Wir werden darauf achten, dass die neue Sensor-Toilette für zukünftige Gäste einwandfrei funktioniert. Ihr Hinweis zur Größe des Hauses ist sehr hilfreich, und wir werden sicherstellen, dass wir zukünftigen Gästen klare Informationen bereitstellen.
