Enjoy luxury in this 4 bedroom villa in Salir de Matos. It can accommodate 6 people, which is ideal for a small group and families. There is a private swimming pool with deckchairs and a large sun terrace to unwind.
This villa is ideally located for all sorts of day trips. A visit to the beautiful bay of São Martinho and Salir do Porto is only 9.5 km away. For a change, you should visit Foz de Arelho, which is also situated at the bay, with an amazing beach on one side and a beautiful lagoon on the other. There are also several restaurants (5 km) and supermarkets (10 km) a short drive away.
This villa has a beautiful private garden equipped with garden furniture to relax. Guests can indulge in the barbecue on the terrace or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. The well-equipped open kitchen allows for preparing delicious meals at home. The living room is decorated with a comfortable seating area and a TV to enjoy, and there are 2 bathrooms. The host also provides a children's bed and a high chair.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
Parties are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
No noise is allowed after 10 PM.
Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
