We look forward to welcoming you. Red vacation apartment for 4 people. Our house is located in a very quiet area of Liznjan, just 700 meters from the sea. Medulin is 2 km away. Our idyllic, park-like olive grove features a beautiful pool and an outdoor kitchen. A unique attraction is the bocce court, which invites you to play; foosball, darts, and a ping-pong table round out the recreational offerings, along with a swing set for the little ones. Inside, a pool table is available.
Shopping and dining options are located in the immediate vicinity.
The “Red” vacation rental is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child (up to 15 years old). The apartment is 64 square meters. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.
Amenities: coffee maker, electric kettle, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kitchenette, toaster, hair dryer.

Die Wohnung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Fenster klemmen, die Küche ist altmodisch, insgesamt sehr unmodern. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber ein bisschen abgelegen. Im Ort Liznjan selbst ist so gut wie nichts los. Insgesamt OK, aber ich würde es nicht nochmal wählen. Positiv: sauber, toller Garten mit sehr schönem Pool, schöner Blick vom Balkon, genügend Platz zu viert, genügend Geschirr & Besteck Negativ: Wohnung sehr altmodisch und nicht zeitgemäß, daher Preis-Leistung für uns nicht ganz im Gleichgewicht, keine Küchenextras (wie Essig/ Öl, Küchenpapier, Abtropfbrett)

Vielen Dank für die umfangreiche Rückmeldung. Um den Aufenthalt für unsere Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, haben wir eine umfangreiche und ehrliche Darstellung (Bilder) der Unterkunft im Portal. Unsere Gäste beschäftigen sich ausgiebig damit und fragen bei uns auch teilweise im Vorab nach bestimmten Randbedingungen nach, die wir sehr gerne beantworten. So wird im beidseitigem Interesse sichergestellt, dass die Erwartungshaltung und die reale Situation zusammenpassen. Da wir meistens vor Ort sind, kann man uns gerne persönlich ansprechen, wenn etwas nicht passt, und wenn möglich kümmern wir uns sofort darum.

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Pool mit natürlichem Schatten unter Olivenbäumen war sehr sehr schön. Insgesamt haben wir uns wirklich wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung, sowie das Außengelände mit Pool und diversen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten (Billard, Kicker ....) waren wunderbar und wurden auch von uns gerne genutzt. Nette Vermieter, Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet. Allerdings ist im Ort nicht viel los, daher aber schön ruhig. Alles bestens.
