The charming Villa Nella is the ideal choice for guests dreaming of a relaxing holiday close to the beautiful Istrian beaches. If you prefer to stay at home, the private pool is at your disposal to cool off on hot summer days - fun for the whole family is guaranteed! Enjoy the outdoor barbecue and numerous seating areas and spend time with your loved ones while the children run around in the carefully tended garden. The garden is adorned with beautiful Mediterranean plants and offers plenty of space to relax. Inside, the villa offers an open-plan ground floor where you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and the cosy living room. As soon as you enter the room, you will notice the stylish furnishings with simple colours that create a warm atmosphere. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a beautiful private bathroom, are located on the first floor. The villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi, SAT TV and everything you could wish for an unforgettable holiday and is located just a short drive from the most beautiful Istrian town of Rovinj. Rovinj is the most photogenic town on the Mediterranean. Once a fishing town, today a tourist centre. The entire coastline, which comprises a total of twenty-two islands, is a protected nature reserve. Feel the magic of the town in the narrow medieval streets and warm Mediterranean surroundings and enjoy the breathtaking view from the bell tower. Rovinj and its surroundings offer numerous leisure activities: Cycling, horse riding, jogging. You can either enjoy the first beach, swim, snorkel or try various water sports. (e.g. water skiing, windsurfing). Last but not least, you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean and Istrian specialities.

Villa Nella is a beautiful villa, close to the lovely rocky coastline and the town of Rovinj.

Villa Nella is a beautiful villa, close to the lovely rocky coastline and the town of Rovinj. It was perfect for our family of three. Lovely cool interior and pool and lots of outside space. Everything provided that could possibly be needed for self catering. Our host was wonderful, waiting for us at the villa in the early hours of the morning (terrible flight delay) and providing a basket of homegrown fruit and vegetables. He gave advice on which beaches to visit, among other things. We hired e-bikes for a few days and we highly recommend doing that because it’s a very easy area to cycle around with lots of bike tracks and hidden coves to explore. Rovinj is lovely, as well as Porec, Labin and Motovun. Wonderful holiday!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich auf dem großen eingezäunten Grundstück in Empfang genommen. Der Eigentümer hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Ausstattung war wirklich sehr sehr gut, leider liefen die Duschen ab und zu aus. Es war kein richtiger Schutz vor dem Auslaufen vorhanden. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool sogar bei 18 Grad Wassertemperatur genossen:-)
