This fully equipped 20 sqm studio has been thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and create a genuine feeling of space thanks to its carefully optimized layout.

The sleeping area is located on a raised platform and separated from the living room by an elegant glass partition with a real sliding door, creating two distinct living spaces. It features a 140 × 200 cm double bed and a wardrobe.

The living room features a green velvet corner sofa bed (122 × 200 cm), providing additional sleeping space.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to easily prepare meals during your stay.

The bathroom is particularly comfortable for a Parisian studio, with a glass-enclosed shower and enough space to move easily between the sink, shower and toilet - something rarely found in small Paris apartments.

Although it is located in the very heart of Paris, the courtyard setting offers an exceptionally quiet atmosphere. The studio is located on a very quiet street, just a few minutes’ walk from Gare du Nord, Gare de l’Est and the lively 9th arrondissement, with plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport options nearby.

*Temporary notice: façade renovation works are currently taking place on the building, and scaffolding is present in the interior courtyard. The studio remains fully accessible, comfortable and enjoyable, and the interior courtyard remains available throughout the duration of the works.
