Motor access to 100 m from the house. 100 m footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 1.6 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 300 m, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Lugano" 10 km, pebble beach "Albogasio" 1.5 km (small), grass beach "Porlezza" 9 km. Marina 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 19 km, surf school 9 km, riding stable 9 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Lugano, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Menaggio, Como. Shower/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Natural stone floors. Small terrace. Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house, no parking.
