Bella Cecilia Holiday Home is idyllically situated on a picturesque hillside on the western shore of Lake Como, in the hamlet of Torre above the charming village of Rezzonico with its impressive historic castle. The house is the middle property of a staggered row of three houses. Directly beside the terrace, a staircase leads up into the wooded hillside.

Experience authentic Italian lifestyle in a relaxing and unspoilt setting. Two generous outdoor areas invite you to linger and unwind. A large terrace with lawn and planting on the south and lake-facing side, and a wide balcony with magnificent lake views, accessible from the upstairs bedrooms.
The house extends over three levels, connected by internal staircases. It has three double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms.
Access to the house is either via the private garage or by a number of steps through the communal garden to the terrace and living area.
Your holiday home is surrounded by meadows and traditional country houses with a typical village character – a place to relax and enjoy.
Large windows offer wonderful views of the lake and create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The tasteful furnishings with a personal touch underline the special character of the property. As the owners use the house themselves for their holidays, particular importance has been placed on quality in both the furnishings and comfort.
The Mediterranean-modern ambience is complemented by elegant terracotta floor tiles.
Via the garden staircase, you reach the garden gate and continue onto the partially covered terrace. From here you enter the spacious living and dining room. The modern comfort kitchen with integrated dining area is openly and functionally incorporated into the living space.
On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms with direct access to the panoramic balcony. One of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning. On this level there is also a modern bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC.
In the separate guest area there is a cosy lower-ground-floor bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), as well as a second bathroom with a bathtub. A dehumidifier with integrated air-conditioning function ensures a pleasant indoor climate. From this area you have direct access to the private garage and, via a staircase, to the living area.
The house enjoys a sunny position from the morning until late afternoon. Thanks to its well-designed layout, it is ideal for two couples, with or without children, while also providing sufficient privacy for all guests.
The holiday home is suitable for year-round use and offers a special level of comfort in every season. The Danish owners are comfort- and quality-conscious and value the careful use of their lovingly maintained holiday home, which they regularly use themselves.

Santa Maria Rezzonico has small, gently sloping beaches approximately 1.5 km below the property.
Crystal-clear water, a peaceful atmosphere and wonderful views over Lake Como make it a special bathing spot away from the larger tourist crowds. The beach is ideal for swimming, sunbathing, stand-up paddleboarding or simply relaxing in a unique setting.
The guest area has direct access to the private garage. From there, the staircase leads conveniently to the living area.
For cyclists, a bicycle service stand and a water connection for cleaning bicycles are available – ideal for active holidaymakers and bikers.
Please note that access to the garage may be limited for lowered vehicles due to the nature of the driveway. However, there are good parking facilities along the road, including space for additional vehicles.
Charging of electric vehicles at the property is permitted. Socket output up to 4 kW. Additional charge of €0.80/kWh, payable locally.
