Our holiday home (living space 150 sqm) is situated in a quiet settlement of single family houses. The property is 2,000 sqm. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday, this place will be perfect for you. Also ideal for families with children - there is enough space and room. Our house is ideal for long-time rentals during the wintertime. The house has got a new pool with screen (protection against mosquitoes etc.), sun loungers and sitting area as well as fence with netting for the protection of children, which can be assembled or disassembled if required or not. The kitchen is fully equipped with enormous fridge, dish washer, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, toaster. Living room with sitting area, flat screen TV and DVD player. Films and books available. In addition, there is an office corner with internet access and printer.

Lehigh paradise

What a great place to stay. It's 1/2 hour to the beach-but you can also enjoy swimming in the heated pool. The house is exactly as advertised & has everything you need.

Wonderful and Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The best part of the property was the lovely pool. We enjoyed the atmosphere it provided of complete relaxation. We were disappointed that the neighborhood was not more walkable. This location was also a substantial drive away from everything there was to do in the Ft. Myers area. The property manager was very responsive and took care of all our needs/questions. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Do we miss this home!

Do we miss this home! The owner of this home was so helpful to our needs. The home was very peaceful and no noise, but my wife said she heard a roster crowing somewhere lol. We enjoyed hearing the woodpeckers in the trees out back. If you have kids you might want to bring some movies to watch, there is no cable tv. just local channels and only one tv. For the price of the rental .. not bad.

There is a new 50 Zoll TV in this home with usb connection and it is possible to get the TV channels USA ,CANADA ,GERMANY etc. via internet. And a 2nd TV you will find in one bedroom.

Ended in disappointment

We stayed in this property over a week. According to check in instructions the property manager would be coming by the following day to speak to us and answer any questions. That didn't happen and the one text I sent with a question didn't get a reply. The house was Basic and clean pretty much what I expected from the pictures online. They did have some pests but nothing unbearable. Most items you need were in property for use. A few days after we got home we Received a message from VRBO that said there was an additional charge that was going to appear on our account for Extra cleaning. I was with a 2 And four-year-old So they may be a little Messier than just adults. They also they also claimed we broke blinds which we did not. Upon arrival we noticed one blind was missing from the sliding glass door area and hoped that wasn't gonna be a problem for us turns out it was. The instructions for cleaning the property when leaving was was to put all linens and towels on the floor and the message I received from the owner was that we left her 6 loads of laundry to do again just following instructions. A cleaning fee is already charged in the initial fees. And when people are staying somewhere on vacation there is going to be some cleaning that needs done after they leave. I would not stay here again seems like a scam that they try to chargeus more

First of all, there can be no question of fraud. I have been renting since 2010 have about 15 rentals a year and only had to withhold the deposit twice, Your deposit was withheld because the house would be left very untidy. Normal cleaning was not possible, the cleaning lady needed double the time to clean the house. The blinds also need to repaired. The costs to me exceeded the deposit. Floors and sliding doors were smeared with food and finger prints. There are 6 loads of laudry. The sofa needed an extra cleaning as it was stained. It looks like something got spilled. The books was torn on the shelfs. I would never rent the house to You again No guests has left the house like this.

Nice house

Toller Ort um etwas Ruhe genießen zu können. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und lässt nichts vermissen. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder her kommen. Sehr ruhige Lage, zum einkaufen sind es ein paar Minuten Fahrweg. Am Strand ist man in 30 min. Alles top, vielen Dank auch für die nette Kommunikation.

Hübsches Ferienhaus mit Pool

2 tolle Wochen in der Sonne die keine Wünsche offen ließen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Karin Zimmer-Nienhaus. Danke !!

Nice place to stay!

We rented for a week in March and had a wonderful experience! Even though it was a drive to most anywhere, it was quiet and very relaxing! The pool was a great asset to have all though there were issues with the heat in the pool. We never met the property manager nor talked with him but all was good with the home! Would stay again!

Beautiful home!

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful, well maintained home. I stayed for the month of January and it was so relaxing. The pool was warm enough to enjoy as it’s heated. The outdoor space was great for entertaining family when they came to visit. The wi-if is very good also in this home which was helpful as I had to work during the week. My experience was very positive from booking the reservation and all communication with the owner and after arriving with the house manager who was also a delight to speak with. I would definitely book this home for any future stays I may have.

First off Karin is a great host and very easy to communicate with! The house was amazing! Beds were comfortable, very clean, quiet neighborhood and house managers were very quick to take care of a minor issue. We spent alot of time in the heated pool and in the screened area. Zuhause fühlen in der Ferne

Wir haben uns in dem Haus vom ersten Tag an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man zum Leben dort braucht, angefangen von Sonnenschirmen und Klappstühlen für den Strand sowie Küchenutensilien etc. Alles wunderbar. Herr Meyer hat uns ein paar sehr gute Tips bzgl. Touren und Essen gegeben die wir auch alle ausprobiert und für gut befunden haben. Die Wege zu den Badestränden oder den typischen Hotspots für Shopping, Delfin Watching etc. Ist halt immer ca. 45-60 Minuten zu fahren aber der Sprit ist billig und uns hat das nicht gestört. Leider hatten wir 14 Tage schlechtes Wetter mit täglichen Regengüssen aber dafür kann ja keiner was. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Property manager on top of problems. Very nice pool. The only issue is the lack of attractions nearby. Had to drive long distance for everything. Lovely hime, well maintained.
