Enjoy approximately 2,600 sq. ft. of comfortable living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining areas, a private lanai, garage parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

EV owners are especially welcome! The home includes complimentary Level 2 EV charging, so you can conveniently charge your Tesla, Rivian, or other compatible electric vehicle right at the house — no searching for public chargers or paying additional charging fees.

Guests also have access to the Raffia Preserve community amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, basketball court and playground. Please note that the pool, fitness center and clubhouse are community amenities and are not located directly at the home.
