Lovely apartment overall

Great apartment building with elevator (lift) and own dedicated basement washing machine. Nice kitchen. Very convenient for s bahn. Werner was very welcoming and helpful. Neighborhood restaurants were nice. Only critique is there wasn’t enough dedicated space for guests (closet and drawers). Have stayed in VRBOs that owner uses but never before one where owner lives. if you are a light traveler it may not be a problem but we could have used a little more cleared away spaces.

Dear Jessica, thank you for your honest review. This is the place I usually live in, and therefore there are my personal belongings. Thank you for your hints, it helps me to better understand the needs of my guests. Next time I will take even greater efforts to store away things to free up more space for my guests. And I already bought another closet to add more storing space. Just some background information: According to local laws, I'm renting out my place only when I'm not in town. The city of Munich only permits to rent out flats up to eight weeks a year. All the other flats on this platform which rent out the whole year through are therefore illegal, as they take away precious housing space in Munich's tight residential market.
