Wine roads, Sauternes Loupiac, Ste Croix du Monts, Duras, Bergerac, Sigoulés. Circuits des bastides, night markets. 80km from the ocean. Charm and authenticity, calm environment, wooded landscape give to this residence sweetness of life and comfort. Spacious and comfortable the cottage offers a large kitchen, a living room, four bedrooms, a bathroom, a bathroom and two toilets. Private pool 11X5m secure, Pool house with plancha. Enclosed garden of 1600m2, games for children. Baby foot, ping pong table .. Possibility to accommodate up to 12 people. If more than 12, contact us .. Animals are not allowed
