The house underwent total renovation, you have to be very careful, we trust you will be careful with your shoes and suitcases on the wall.
No smoking inside or parties or loud music! the co-ownership is very strict, there may be penalties for unclaimed guests. Lake access is not permitted
Local trash can : It is located by the side of the house in the courtyard as presented on the VRBO pictures. Do not trespass the other Private unit.
