About this property

Serenity Place - 2 bedroom

Located across the street from the Naples Botanical Gardens and less than 4 minute drive from Bayview Park, come and explore the beauty of Naples from this centrally located home. In less than a 10 minute drive, you will be able to enjoy the pristine white sandy beaches and Naples Pier. The famous 5th Avenue and Historic 3rd Street South as well as Celebration Park (waterfront bar and food Truck Park), Three60 Market are all close by. Marco Island is a short 25 minute drive away.
The space
When you enter, you are welcomed by a large sectional sofa to relax and unwind. The open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area makes the space feel warm and inviting. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and a closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed at the bottom and a twin at the top. The second bedroom also has a large closet. All beds have protective mattress covers, new pillows, linens and comfortable covers. Serenity Place is equipped with high speed WIFI, Netflix, Roku TV and puzzles/games for family time. The kitchen is well equipped with the major appliances and many smaller ones including a toaster, coffee machine and Magic Bullet. Washer and dryer are in the house for your use and convenience.
The home has keyless entry, via a keypad. Code will be provided before check in. Serenity Place is professionally maintained and cleaned after each guest.

The house was very clean, well decorated and relaxing. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was quite nice with a great shower. It was great to have all supplied available. We only needed our clothes and food.

Pickleball Tournament Stay

Nice 2 bedroom, one bath home. Maria was a delight to deal with when we checked in. We chose the home due to location of East Naples Pickleball Center as we were playing in a tournament there. Plenty of room for the 2 of us, washing machine and dryer were nice to have. Celebration Park is also about a 1/2 mile away which is where we like to go,
