It's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath (unless you include the outside shower then it's a 3/3). It is equipped to sleep 8! There is also a large screened in porch/patio with great views & plenty of seating & a table to enjoy the inside/out Florida lifestyle in comfort! Totally remodeled and designed for short & longer term rentals with all the modern amenities (smart locks, smart TVs, pac man video game console, hammock, kayak, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen appliances & more.

The owners were great to work with and very responsive. The house was exactly as advertised and you can they made the experience of the guest a priority as the residence had everything and more you could expect. Great location, within walking distance to most of downtown Bonita Springs, close proximity to the beach and many other areas of entertainment.
