Die Lage des Hauses ist eine 5 von 5: man gelangt fußläufig durch ein schönes Waldstück in 15 Minuten direkt zu Paal 21, einem wirklich schönen Strandabschnitt am Meer.Ebenfalls in 15 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im schönen De Koog (gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie etc.).ABER:Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war bestenfalls mittelmäßig.Der Boden war sandig, die Vorhänge sichtbar voller Staub und in den Ecken ebenfalls Staub und Spinnenweben. Beim Öffnen den Kühlschranks kam uns eine große Wasserpfütze entgegen (2 Küchenhandtücher waren vollständig nass). Auch befand sich noch Dreck auf der Ablagefläche im Kühlschrank.Die Blumen an der Fensterbank vor dem Haus waren vollständig vertrocknet. Kein schönes Willkommen. Dann sollte man besser gar keine Blumenkästen aufstellen.Die Lampe an der Dunstabzugshaube flackert.Die Küche ist nur mäßig ausgestattet (nur ein Schneidebrett, stumpfe Messer…).Draußen ist keine Lampe vorhanden und die Markise stark in die Jahre gekommen.Der eigene Gartenabschnitt ist nicht umzäunt (vielleicht wichtig für Hundebesitzer). Man teilt sich einen großen Garten mit den anderen Parteien (dieser ist umzäunt), der eigene Terrassenabschnitt aber nicht.Fazit:Die Lage ist super.Das Haus insgesamt eher lieblos und nur mäßig sauber.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Wir waren mit fünf Frauen da und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Schöner Garten, nicht weit zum Strand, freundliches Personal. Es gab nur wenig zu bemängeln. Defekte Duscharmatur im OG-Bad, keine Geschirrtücher, kein Wischbezug, keine Fliegengitter vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern
