The Brockenzwerg Vacation Rental (House 1 – Alte Wernigeröder Str. 9 in 38879 Schierke) offers 27 square meters of living space (a two-room apartment on the upper floor), featuring a living room with a double bed (2 x 0.9-meter mattresses), satellite TV, a couch, a dining area for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, filter coffee maker (filters included),refrigerator without freezer, microwave, dishes, pots, ...) and a bathroom with shower (including hair dryer) featuring a walk-in shower.<br><br>Additional amenities for the apartment:<br>Free Wi-Fi throughout the house, use of the garden at House 1 (grill and seating) and House 2 (with arbor, grill, oven...), use of the sauna in House 2 (approx. 50 m away), cold drinks in the basement of the house for a small fee, and parking spaces for cars and motorcycles.<br><br>House 1 (a historic villa in the traditional Harz style, Alte Wernigeröder Str. 9) is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Schierke. Our guests appreciate the peaceful setting surrounded by nature and the easy access to hiking trails.<br><br>Ample parking is available at the house.<br><br>Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi are included.<br>Prices do not include the visitor’s tax. <br>Dogs are allowed upon request; we charge €10 per night.<br>Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out should be by 10:00 AM.
