Wonderful Family Stay at Jadas Dare

Great week with family. Location is perfect - 1 minute walk to the beach. neighborhood is great for morning walks. Easy access to restaurants and short drive to seaside. Look forward to staying here again!

Perfect week at Jada's Dare

This house was spectacular! We come to the area for a week every summer and we've stayed in multiple different locations. Everything about this house was absolute PERFECTION! We've already booked our stay for next summer.

10/10 ExcellentWonderful house, patio/pool, and yard! House was very clean and comfortable. Also, well stocked with amenities in the kitchen and throughout. Floorplan was excellent for our family. Plenty of room in garage and patio for storage of beach, bike, and water gear. The location is perfect for short walk to beach or short bike ride to Grayton Beach and Seaside. Easy access to beach and inland lake. Bike trails are fantastic. Grayt30A management company provided excellent service and communications. Pleasant neighborhood. While we were warned ahead of our trip, the numerous homes under construction nearby were distracting during the day (e.g., noise, traffic, etc). But that was only a minor negative. Our family had a wonderful week! Thank you for sharing Jada’s Dare. We look forward to staying there again!

We loved it. We were going to book it again for next year but since you don’t take dogs we decided to stay elsewhere. Even though there were pets in your other property, mimosa mornings.

Amazing house

Everything was perfect! The proximity to beach was perfect. The beds and all the rooms with their own bathrooms was like home. We new there might be a few glitches though bc the house was new, so we had paper blinds which is fine if your an early riser lol. The propane for the hot tub was on back order. But everything else including the pool was a great touch and relaxing after a long hot day at the beach! Would stay here again and again!!!

It is unfortunate that shipping was delayed on the blinds and they were not installed for your stay as planned; however they have since been received and installed (the paper blinds were simply a temporary fix in the meantime for our guests comfort). The propane tank will be installed in August in time for the upcoming fall and winter pool heating season. Wonderful house and location!

Beautiful house and the location is amazing. The beach is private and very nice. The house pool area was bigger than appears in the photos which was a nice surprise. It had several wonderful deck areas with tables to enjoy the ocean and beautiful neighborhood. Tastefully decorated and kitchen stocked with most items you will need. One of the rare homes I looked at that had a full bath in each of the five bedrooms AND a powder room. Grayt 30A the management company was excellent and clearly cares for the property and guests needs with attention to detail as well as friendly and timely communications throughout the entire process before you arrive, during and after. All emailed questions I had were answered very quickly. Our family had a wonderful week!

Perfect house for family vacation!

Better than description. The large house accommodated our extended adult family perfectly. What we loved: - close to beach - fun pool and spa - excellent living room for evening games - Grayton Beach, Seaside and Blue Mtn nearby - comfy beds - perfect Weber gas grill What we wish we knew - lots of construction (no fault of owner) - many steps for my 80y old mom - in house and to beach - we didn’t need the beach cart, but the bike trails were awesome! Get bikes!! The communication from team was perfect. Easy check in and check out. Glad we brought ice as they suggested. The ice machine did well the rest of the week, but day 1 needs were a little higher for us. Our next visit we would consider this or one of their sister properties!
