The professionally decorated, sun-drenched beach home has three floors and a total of 3,100 square feet. An elevator can take your luggage upstairs after a great day in the sun. With five bedroom suites (four kings and one bunk room that sleeps 6), guests will have their own private spaces to relax. Private Beach Access short walk from house.

This home is proudly managed by the owners, and we've invested a lot of time and care to make this a perfect vacation destination for you and your loved ones. Our company, King of Torts Acquisitions, LLC (KOTA) is dedicated to creating living spaces and vacation experiences that are inviting and unforgettable.

OUT AND ABOUT
Once you arrive, you don't need a car. Everything for a perfect vacation is at the home or a few steps away. The beach access is very close on the same street as the house. It’s only a 3-minute walk ahead to sun, fun, and relaxation. You're also a five-minute walk from the town center of Gulf Place, which features restaurants like Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig, Sunrise Coffee, Local Catch and more--serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pecan Jacks, an award-winning ice cream shop, is also just a few steps away. Adults can enjoy nightlife at Growler's Garage, a bar that showcases live music and craft beer, just a short walk from the home.

If you want to venture farther, there's a 2 ½ car garage and driveway parking for two additional vehicles. We also have a Tesla charging station inside the garage for usage! Take your bike or car to other gorgeous beach towns along the Emerald Coast, or pick up groceries at Publix, which is less than a 10-minute drive from the home or Whole Foods which is about 15-minutes towards Destin.

ABOUT SANTA ROSA BEACH
Santa Rosa Beach is one of the most peaceful beach front towns along Scenic Highway 30A. Away from the crowds, you're still within walking distance to fantastic shops, restaurants, outdoor concerts, boutiques, and family-fun activities. The west end of 30A provides a nice escape to slow down and enjoy the weather and the famous sugar sand beaches.

This is a beautiful well appointed home, with all you need for a wonderful vacation. It’s an easy walk to a quiet beach, with shops and restaurants also in walking distance. We enjoyed frequent trips with the kids to the local ice creamery. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house near gorgeous beach and great location!

This was a perfect house for our multi-generation family vacation! Our ages ranged from 10 to 75 and we all loved it! The set up was perfect as it allowed each family to have their own room/bathroom and the kids loved their own bunkroom. The walk to the beach was pretty easy and the owner even left a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas which was much appreciated! We were also able to walk to a nearby ice-cream shop, dinner and shopping. The house had everything we needed and then some. We loved our time there!

We loved our stay at this property. The owners were very responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. The house is beautiful and super clean. There is plenty of space for multiple families to spread out. The walk to the beach was super easy and short. The house came with beach chairs and umbrellas as well as so many other amenities. Absolutely lovely! The pool and outdoor patio were also amazing - everyone had a blast and we can't wait to be back here soon!

Great Stay on 30A!

There were 11 of us total (5 adults and 6 kiddos) vacationing. Brian’s home was inviting, clean and plenty big for our group. The kiddos loved the bunk room and they spent many hours in the pool (it is smaller than the pictures appear but didn’t affect the fun they had!). Easy walk to the beautiful beach and a wagon with sand toys, chairs and a cooler were provided. Brian was quick to answer any questions we had (although not many). We cooked all meals in for the entire week and their house had everything we needed which was great! Sometimes that can be lacking at rentals. The elevator was a lifesaver for our friend who is handicap as without it the stairs would have been a problem. A few minor issues such as the outdoor tv wasn’t working (my husband is a big March Madness fan) but we still enjoyed our time and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home again! We hope to come back in the future. Thank you!!

Great Spring Break!

We recently returned from our spring break trip to Santa Rosa Beach. Our group was made up of families, friends and teenagers and this house was perfect for us! We were impressed from the time we arrived. The house is beautiful - just like the pictures. It was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were more than enough towels and beach chairs for our large group. The weather wasn't always the best, so we spent a lot of time in the pool area. There is a covered area with tables, chairs, fridge, grill and a large tv. We didn't have any issues while there, but anytime I had to contact Brian prior to our stay, he was very pleasant and prompt in responding. It's also an easy walk to the beach across the street. If we get back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.

All shook up stay

Let me start by saying this house is beautiful...we have been coming to Destin for years and have decided this house will be our new vacation home to rent. It had everything we needed, and the pool entertained the kids for hours. Kate was always available for questions, and so kind and welcoming. Out of all the property managers we have dealt with, Kate was the most accommodating and quick to respond. You need to book this house, you will not regret it!

Beautiful house and amazing location

This property was beautiful! My family I loved staying here and we can’t wait to come back. The house is located so close to the beach and restaurants. We came during hurricane sally and Kate made sure we were safe and everything was okay. Luckily we just had rain, but the house had games and the outdoor area by the pool was where we hung out during those raining days. The house was Covid cleaned perfectly as well. Thanks so much!

Perfect Pool

Beautiful house in quiet location and very easy walk to the beach. No issues at all with house and property managers made sure everything that would be needed was already there. Also pool was highlight as a great break from the beach for the kids. Just right size for ages 6 to 13 to hang out and play, and great patio for adults to hang out. Highly recommended for any group but especially good with small kids - pool, plenty of bunks, and short walk to beach for little legs. Loved it all.

We have been coming to Santa Rosa for the past 7 years and this was the best rental house by far! We had 12 people and there was plenty of room. The rooms were updated, immaculate, and big. The decor was gorgeous and the owners were so gracious. There were high end touches everywhere! We will be back.

When we first visited Santa Rosa Beach, we immediately fell in love with the gorgeous coastal town. We know you will, too! We love our house on Spooky Lane and hope you will too! We decorated it to host families and friends who want to escape the "rat" race and enjoy the 30A beach life even if only for a few days. Once you visit you will be hooked and we of course love our repeat renters.

Why they chose this property

Not only is this property beautiful, it's close to everything: the beach, shops, bike and YOLO rental opportunities, award-winning restaurants, and more. You don't need a car during your stay, but you can also choose to visit neighboring beach towns by bike or car that are less than 20 minutes away. There is also numerous golf cart rental companies very nearby who will deliver wheels for you to get around and enjoy the views of the powder white sand and emerald water along 30A!

From the large porches offering stunning views, to the private heated pool and outdoor entertaining space, to the ensuite bedrooms and fantastic location (walking distance to all Santa Rosa Beach has to offer!)--this home is a luxurious escape, perfect for couples, friends, and family.
