Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn schon bei der Vorstellung der Wohnung dabei stünde, dass nur ausgeladen werden kann und der PKW danach nur kostenpflichtig auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen abgestellt werden kann.

Wohnung in einem Wohnkomplex etwa von der Größe einer Hotel-Junior-Suite. Modern, sauber, ordentlich, preiswert. Mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Blick vom Balkon in den schattigen Innenhof. Direkt nebenan ist das Max-Hotel, in dem es möglich ist, als Externer das Frühstücksbuffett wahrzunehen: Preiswert und empfehlenswert. Schlecht ist die Beleutung: kein Lichtschalter ist von Bett aus erreichbar. Schlecht ist die Anbindung an die Insel mit Bussen. Schön ist der Gang zur Insel. Die Fewo ist preiswert und in ihrem Preissegment ihren Preis wert. Sie empfiehlt sich für LPTW Teiln, die nicht im Insel-Rummel sein wollen.
