This expansive house is perfect for large families, multi-generational stays, or corporate teams needing room to spread out. With 11 plush beds, the home comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests.
This unique, multi-level, newly renovated Brownstone is an elegant indoor & outdoor urban oasis. This modern renovated Brownstone is 4 floors of a modern looking residential space along with a private, double-deck outdoor space for all types of events. This location is perfect for any event or production. Ideal for events such as any celebrations, birthdays, showers, and weddings, corporate events, performances, listening parties, comedy shows, podcasts, and video shoots. It is also suitable for wellness and fitness classes, yoga, dance, or meditation.

The internal space layout of the property is configured as follows:

Floor 2:
The main entrance is accessed up the brownstone welcome staircase leading you to the main living floor of the house which is a large open space layout configured as following:
A game room consisting of original Pacman and other stand alone video games, foosball table, other games, Etc.
A Livingroom with large TV screen,
Huge Chefs Kitchen with large isle in the middle, classic for hosting many guests,
And a Dining-room overlooking the back patio with large floor to ceiling glass walls for plenty of natural light.

Upstairs, accessible via modern wooden "air stairs", you'll find 4 units:

Floor 3:
1 bedroom for 2, (shared bathroom outside the bedroom in the hallway)
2nd bedroom for 4, (shared bathroom outside the bedroom in the hallway)
3rd bedroom is a family suite for up to 5 guests with a private full bathroom.

Floor 4:
This additional, loft style, large family suite comes with a private full bathroom to cater for up to 8 guests inside (as well as many more guests outside), consisting of 2 large outdoor areas via its large balconies from both front & back sides of the suite, giving you plenty of natural air & light ideal for resting, sunbathing privately, filming, livestreaming, or editing performances, interviews, or podcasts in real time.

Floor -1:
The newly renovated basement down from the main unit of the house and is spread-out as one large space/bedroom with bathroom that gives you an additional indoor area for resting, playing, or private screenings (please inquire regarding the low ceiling).

Outdoor space:
A two-leveled, private patio & back yard adds to the experience, offering space for guests to relax, have a smoke, enjoy the large chefs' gas BBQ, and just enjoy the outdoor playful games or event space.
Whether you're hosting a live show, a content shoot, or a private gathering, this space blends function and atmosphere in a truly memorable setting.
All in all, the property size is about 3900 sqft. of indoor, residential space, we offer 6 onsite restrooms, 5 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 large balconies, as well as an additional 20x50 synthetic grass back yard space that can host about 100 people.
We had many outdoor garden parties where people enjoyed just the outdoor area.
Furthermore, for additional price, we offer an upscale, private chef to host your event as well as more personnel helping you with your event.
