Farmhouse 'La Casa Di Colle' with Mountain View and Shared Garden

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the farmhouse La Casa di Colle is located in Dicomano and is perfectly suitable for groups. The 200 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. Please, note that to get to the property there is a dirt road through the forest. The house was owned by sculptor/painter Costantino Nivola, who considered it his “refuge.”

The farmhouse offers a shared garden with barbecue facilities. You can get to the facility by an unpaved road, about 3 km, uphill in the middle of the forest, in places a bit bumpy .

Immersed in the tranquillity of nature and the surrounding forest, the property served as a retreat and source of inspiration for the sculptor Costantino Nivola in the 1980s. The location allows you to easily reach Florence and all its attractions, the Mugello Circuit and Monte Falterona. In the premises there is Agricola Pignano where you can eat zero-mile food and there are horses and other animals. The hosts also recommends the restaurant-pizzeria Il Geco in Dicomano.
