Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking space n 29. Shop, grocery 400 m, supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 800 m, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 400 m, bus stop "walking distance" 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
