We went for a weekend family vacation and cut it short due to the condition of this rental. The carpets throughout are stained and the master bedroom has paint spots on the carpet also. The microwave has a broken door handle making it difficult to open it for use. The secondary microwave stopped working the first time it was utilized. The toaster would stop and start, which we determined may be secondary to loose electrical sockets in the kitchen. This is a fire hazard. The freezer handle was broken and removed so access to the freezer had to be made through the refrigerator. There were very few spices/amenities in the kitchen and the salt came out in clumps - it was so old. When the dishwasher was turned on, it immediately leaked, which flooded into the kitchen. The sink in the guest bathroom was having difficulty draining immediately and the master shower has very little water pressure coming from the shower-head. There were 2 wash cloths for use with showering for three people and no additional blankets. It was mid-October and the nights were cool. The beds were very uncomfortable, specifically the bed in master bedroom. Last but not least, we are a home of athletes and one individual with multiple health problems. There are 66 stairs from the parking garage to the condo and no way to avert these. All luggage, coolers etc. must be carried up and down these stairs. This should be noted. Those with disabilities or health conditions affected by this please take note. Poor!
