Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool heated (45 m2, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 1 km, pebble beach 4.5 km, rocky beach 4.5 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Lim Bay 4 km. The owner does not accept any groups. Swimming pool heated (extra).
