The hub of Kelowna is the downtown core. We are in the middle of it all. Over 100 golf courses and wineries in the area, with beautiful scenery and lots of leisure pursuits. A great place to bring a family with fun for every age. Downtown waterpark for the kids, and ice cream too.
What makes this Condo unique
The amenities make it all! Our building is equipped with a gym (elliptical, treadmill, free weights, bikes), 2 pool and 2 hot tubs. Being walking distance from pubs, clubs, beaches, restaurants, an arena and a casino....who could ask for more?

Excellent location and comfortable
Thanks to our host Adele who was very accommodating with everything. The condo was very modern, clean and it was in a perfect location close to downtown with great views. We would definitely come back again.

Very comfortable unit which includes a nicely stocked kitchen. Good view of the lake & the bridge. 1 bedroom and den (no window) very spacious kitchen and living room area.
Amenities are very good. No issues. Would stay again.
Beautiful condo in a perfect location
My wife and I absolutely loved this condo! It was spotlessly clean, large, beautiful and within walking distance to everything Kelowna has to offer. I would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was very good, condo in great location. Quick walk to beach, shopping, restaurants.
We rented this property for five days. We were extremely disappointed to arrive to have no towels in the bathrooms, and a kitchen filled with a random assortment of items. In addition, we were extremely disappointed with how unclean the property was.
We understand that these properties get a lot of use in the summer months - and we've rented other properties in the past in the same complex. In recent years, we've found the building itself has taken a bit of a beating (it's becoming more run down), and depending on the property you rent, the unit may not accurately match the photos.
This property does have the same furnishings as shown in the photos, but I dare you to look in the corners, under the beds, and beneath the couches. You'll find more than you'd expect - and not in a good way.
The location of the property is excellent if you're looking to be in the heart of Kelowna.
Walking distance to downtown nightlife including Center of Gravity, Fat Cat festival and Parks Alive. Tons of events going on every weekend and weeknight in summer months.
