Private: property 700 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow. 200 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Carport. Shop 6 km, supermarket 9 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Lugano" 25 km, grass beach "Porlezza" 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Piano, Lago di Como.
4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining nook, satellite TV, international TV channels and hi-fi system. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room, without window with 2 beds (80 cm). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Natural stone floors. Terrace.
