Shop 4 km, bus stop "Dubrave 1" 2.3 km, pebble beach 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The house consists of 2 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment on the ground floor and one apartment on the first floor. Swimming pool heated (extra).

Balcony furniture, deck chairs (6). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. I was back here after 2 years ...

I was back here after 2 years break. This time for one week only (I spend second week on Hvar). Nothing really changed since my last visit, except 2 things:1. host installed the portable swimming pool in the garden – in the end it become more problem then a merit2. energy, and the water, was available all the time.I can truly recommend that place again, I am sure will get back there at some point.

hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt

Wir reisten mit 2 Familien an und haben das Haus mit den drei Wohnungen und dem tollen Außenbereich inkl. Pool sehr genossen. Lage ist abgelegen und ruhig, zum Strand geht´s steil bergab. Radfahren in dieser Gegend weniger geeignet. Die Badebucht ist sehr schön und angenehm leer. Restaurants und Läden gibt es vor Ort nicht. Morgens kommen ein Fischverkäufer und Bäcker hupend vorbei. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Möbel und Bäder teils nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand, aber Preis/Leistung passt.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Haus Neka sehr genossen.Es war alles da was man braucht ! Vom Schneebesen bis zum waffeleisen alles da was man man zum kochen so braucht ! Die Bäder sind leider etwas klein geraten aber gut zum waschen brauch ich nicht sooo viel Platz. Der Hausbesitzer war super nett sogar einen willkommens Getränk bekamen wir !! Zum Meer ist es nicht weit aber leider furchtbar steil ! Wir fühlten uns Pudel wohl.

Tres belle maison avec une crique à proximité qui est peu fréquentée. Piscine très appréciée. L'accès au village est un peu difficile, les routes sont très étroites. Nous avons passé de belles vacances à 11.

Der Eigentümer dieses Hauses ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus samt Anlage ein Traum und sehr ordentlich. Für uns super, da wir mit Kindern und deren Partnern Urlaub gemacht haben, für solche Gelegenheiten ist die Anlage gut geeignet. Zum Meer läuft man nur ein paar Minuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in den nächsten Ortschaften. Außerdem kommen jeden Morgen ein Bäcker und ein Fischhändler vorbei. Wir waren alle begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit Freunden eine Woche in dem kleinen Dorf. Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und Vermieter waren nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus ist mit gut ausgestattet. Die Außenanlage mit Pool läd zur Entspannung ein. Wir haben eine schöne und entspannte Urlaubswoche verbracht.

Passend für Mehrgenerationen-Urlaub

Ein sehr gutes Haus für den gemeinschaftlichen 3-Generationen-Familienurlaub mit Gestaltungs- und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für jung und alt. Ljubljana ist ein kleiner, ruhiger Urlaubsort ohne Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (diese finden sich in Vinisce und Marina), aber mit attraktiver Badebucht abseits der Massen. Pkw ist unverzichtbar, dafür aber Top-Pool am Haus.
