For shared use: garden 1'200 m2 with lawn and plants, parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 3.8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
"L'Egven", 3-room house 60 m2. Practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), DVD. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Garden 200 m2, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

L'emplacement était idéal, le cadre magnifique et le calme absolu. L'intérieur de la maison est un peu vieillot, mais le lit était confortable. L'espace était généreux avec un jardin attenant. Idéal pour notre chien. Mais on s'habitue à tout, et l'espace est idéal. Nous avons fait de belles promenades le long de la côte et visité des châteaux.

Einfache Unterkunft für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Küche gur ausgestattet. Sitzmöbel alt und der Sessel durchgesessen. Auf der Toilette fehlte ein Hygenieeimer und ein Toilettenpapierhalter. Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich.

Charme vergangener Tage mit einigen Mängeln

Das Ferienhaus hat die besten Tage hinter sich und ist, vor allem im Sanitärbereich nicht mehr auf dem heutigen Stand und Standard ! Die Duschkabine ist nicht nur sehr alt, sondern absolut unhygienisch, inclusive Plastikfischvorhang. Die Betten sind unbequem und sehr, sehr hart. Die Küchengeräte sind teilweise ziemlich alt, oder können nicht benutzt werden, weil sie defekt sind. In Haus und Ausstattung wurde jahrelang nichts mehr investiert ! Schade, das Potenzial wäre vorhanden !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette petite maison en pierre très fonctionnelle, propre, tenue par des propriétaires discrets, très à l'écoute et sympathiques. La maison est idéalement située à la campagne, tout en étant à la fois très proche des plages et des nombreux sites touristiques à voir dans cette magnifique région. Nous recommandons à 100%!

Fijne accommodatie en zeer gerieflijk. Het huis ligt op een zeer rustige plaats en toch op een boogscheut van een supermarkt en lokale handelaars. We hebben genoten van de ruime tuin die we ter onze beschikking hadden. Het zijn zeer lieve eigenaars die zeer discreet zijn. De combinatie van bossen, strand en zee is een ideale combinatie Wij komen nog eens terug. Rudy

Gîte sympa qui manque un peu de rafraîchissement pour le rendre plus gai. Proximité un peu dangereuse avec tracteurs roulants sur la voie sans issue attenante. Ruhig und sehr schön gelegen

Sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen und ein idealer Startpunkt zu den Stränden und Ausflugszielen der Umgebung. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber und reichhaltig ausgestattet. Wir haben hier alles gefunden um zwei wunderschöne Wochen zu verbringen.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr idyllisch. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Mietobjekt verfügt über viel Charme, würde sich aber über einen neune Innen-Anstrich freuen. Ausbesserungsarbeiten wurden durchgeführt aber nicht mehr gestrichen. Auch die Dusche hätte eine Sanierung nötig. Schade auch, dass die schönen Holzmöbel mit einer durchsichtigen Plastikfolie auf allen horizontalen Flächen abgedeckt sind.

Ruhige entspannte Ferien

Das kleine Häuschen liegt abseits großer Straßen, es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist praktikabel eingerichtet. Den kleinen Garten und die Sitzecke direkt von der Tür haben wir oft genossen. In nächster Nähe ist ein großer Supermarkt und eine leckere Bäckerei, ein schöner Strand ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Eine Kaution ist zu entrichten. Der Strom wird extra verrechnet. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr nett und dezent. Wir hatten dort als Familie eine sehr tolle Zeit.

Location impeccable au niveau de l'accueil des propriétaires. Manque un peu de vaisselle par rapport à la capacité d'accueil de 4 personnes. Maison très propre, bien équipée...

Gemütlicher Erholungsort

Das schlicht aber geschmack- und liebevoll gestaltete Häuschen eignet sich ganz hervorragend zum Entspannen und zusammen mit der Gegend bietet es alles für gelingende Urlaubstage zu zweit, aber auch mit 4 Erwachsenen ist genug Comfort vorhanden. Wir haben viele Radtouren unternommen. Der einzige kleine Makel ist der künstliche Rasen, dafür immer grün.

Schön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Am Ende einer Sackgasse von Feldern umgeben. Sehr sauber und ideal für Selbstversorger. Das Vermieterehepaar war unheimlich nett, wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Reisetipps: Strategisch gut gelegen, sowohl Richtung Dinard, St. Malo und Cancale als auch nach Erquy, St. Brieux und Binic, ist die Fahrzeit Seher überschaubar. Unserer Lieblingssport war das Cap Erquy.
