For shared use: swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace. In the complex: reception, breakfast room, WiFi, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Bread roll service, beverage service and breakfast (extra). Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 500 m, supermarket 10 km, bus stop "Parc Segot" 19.6 km, sandy beach "Biscarrosse-Plage" 400 m, bathing lake "Etang de Cazaux et de Sanguinet" 6 km. Golf course (27 hole) 7 km. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: open small gallery with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. les literies sont carrément à revoir , ainsi que l'équipement cuisine . 2 plaqies electriques pour 8 c'est vraiment restreint. Le logement est spacieux, équipé du stricte minimum . Sont emplacement est génial pour une location d'été.

Die HĂ€user befinden sich in ei...

Die HĂ€user befinden sich in einer Top Lage direkt hinter den DĂŒnen. Allerdings sind nicht alle HĂ€user gleich gut in der Anlage gelegen. Die HĂ€user direkt am Pool sind weniger empfehlenswert, da hier externe Jugendliche fast tĂ€glich zum Nachtbaden vorbeikamen. Die AusrĂŒstung der HĂ€user ist sehr sparsam – wir waren 6 Personen und hatten teilweise zu wenig Geschirr. Ansonsten hatten wir aber einen tollen Urlaub in Biscarosse Plage und der Anlage. Reisetipps: Dune de Pilar und Archachon

Leider, kann man seine WĂ€sche ...

Leider, kann man seine WĂ€sche Nachts draußen nicht trocknen lassen, weil irgendwann der Rasensprenger beginnt zu wĂ€ssern. Das wĂ€re ja kein Problem wenn dort nur Wasser kĂ€me, aber entweder war es Rost oder DĂŒnger und die ganze WĂ€sche ist versaut und man bekommt es nicht mehr herraus. Bitte vorher den Mieter Bescheid geben!!!! Ansonsten gutes Preis LeisungsverhĂ€ltniss. Könnte ein wenig sauberer sein.

Wenig Charme, Umgebung in der Nebensaison wenig gepflegt, Wohnung jedoch aber sehr sauber

Kein Betrieb- da wir in der Nebensaison da waren. Auf der Hompage keine konkreten Angaben, welche Dienstleistungen auch in der Nebensaison geboten werden und welche eben nicht. Die Endreinigung kostete uns 175€ dies empfinden wir fĂŒr die pflegeleichte Wohnung als sehr hoch.
