Toller Urlaub, Haus ist renovationsbedürftig

Die Küche, die Eingangstüre und die Bäder sollten dringend renoviert werden, sind 4 Sterne und das Geld nicht wert. Die Lage des Hauses ist aber gut, wir verbrachten dennoch einen schönen Urlaub.

Très bien sauf le ménage

La maison est magnifique et l'emplacement de la piscine aussi. Dommage que le ménage n'a pas été fait correctement et voir pas du tout dans certaines pièces. De plus, nous avons dû aller réclamer pour le ménage pas fait et les draps et les linges qui manquaient. Très sale: la poubelle, le frigo, 2 salles de bain, le tiroir des services dans la cuisine ainsi que l'évier et la machine à café + certaines casseroles. Beaucoup de toiles d'araignées.

Maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille avec deux parties nuits distinctes.. Confortable... Electroménager neuf ...rien ne manque.. Cette maison n'est cependant pas adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite et aux enfants en bas âge (pas de rambarde entre la terrasse surélevée et la piscine, donc risque de chute

Haus war nicht nach Corona / Hygienemaßnahmen gereinigt ,Toilette / Küche Hinweis Schilder .Ständig WLAN aus Setzer minütlich Schlecht ,Küche Schimmel .Umzäunter Garten teils mit Löcher im Zaun/ Hund konnte Flüchten .Müll vom vor Gänger noch in der Tonne .Stark ab genutze Möbel keine vier Sterne .

Das Haus war im Sanitärbereich...

Das Haus war im Sanitärbereich nicht sauber geputzt. Schimmel im Duschbereich, welcher relativ einfach zu Entfernen war.Ein neuer Innenanstrich der Wände wäre auch mal angebracht.Preis– Leistungsverhältnis in der Nebensaison geht in Ordnung, in der Hauptsaison finde ich den Preis zu hoch.

Überteuerte renovierungsbedürftige Villa

Garten sowie Gelände um den Pool nicht gepflegt, wir haben ums Haus ca 1 m3 Piniennadel sowie Äste zusammengetragen, es war kein Ansatz mehr von Rasen zu erkennen. Die Umrandung des Pools sowie die Fliesen im Aussenbereich (Terrasse) stellten durch scharfe Kanten und lose Steine eine große Gefahr dar. Ich hatte mir am ersten Tag ein tiefe Schnittwunde an einer Treppenfliese zugezogen. Im Innenbereich fanden wir eine spartanische Einrichtung mit vielen Mängel wie zb. der Kühlschrank war unprofessionnel eingebaut, kein Kissenbezug (nur Schaumstoff) auf den Sessel, Stehlampenschirme lose und schon angebrannt, Backofen und Schränke dreckig, Pfannen unbrauchbar. Beim Duschen kam mir die Duschhalter entgegen gefallen. Ein neuer Anstrich wäre unbedingt zu empfehlen. Der Preis für dieses Ferienhaus ist maßlos übertrieben.
