Private: natural state property 800 m2, courtyard, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Isola d'Asti" 5 km, railway station "Asti" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km.
4-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 fold-away beds and dining table. Dining room with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Kitchenette (1 hot plate, oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Panoramic view. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Please note: non-smoking house.
