Private: property 2'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced). 9 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, bar 300 m, bus stop 8 km, railway station "Porto Valtravaglia" 10 km, pebble beach "Caldè" 10 km. Hiking paths: San Michele 500 m. Please note: car recommended.
4-room house 110 m2 on 3 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: large kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, freezer, electric coffee machine) with satellite TV. Shower. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) open living room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Bath/bidet/WC. Haus Alpe Rustiko

Lage von der Zufahrt etwas exponiert aber sehr schön. Zimmer sehr gut ebenso die Betten. Ausstattung Töpfe, Geschirr ausreichend. Ausstattung Gläser befriedigend. Dusche im Dachgeschoß defekt. Energiekosten spezifizieren auf Stromkosten da Gas nicht im Preis enthalten. In Summe hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war freundlich und gut.

Schöne und ruhige Lage in der Natur

Schönes Haus in der Natur ruhig gelegen. Leider war es schon recht kalt und wir mussten viel heizen. Die Anfahrt ist sehr kurvenreich. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Rustikal, abgelegen und sehr ruhig

Steinhaus in einsamer Lage in einem Dorf mit 10 Häusern, über Nacht ist man alleine, man sieht viele Wildtiere. Kein Internet/WLan, Mobilfunk schlecht. 9km schmale Bergstraße bei jeder Fahrt zu befahren. Ausstattung ok aber teilweise defekt, Betten etwas durchgelegen, Küche ok, Bäder top, Haus und Lage insgesamt einzigartig! Bar im Dorf ist klasse, Eis & Gebäck bei Sicily in Porto Valtr. super, Baden in Calde und Markt in Luino sehr schön. Vermieterin sehr herzlich und nett!

Rustig huis in de bergen (zonder internet)

Vakantie huis Alpe is gelegen op een rustige bergtop. Je moet wel 7 km de berg op om er te komen via een smalle bergweg. Geen internet, dus zorg voor genoeg data op je telefoon. Verbinding is alleen boven aan de weg of bij het kerkje het beste. Het huisje zelf is voorzien van de zaken die je nodig hebt tijdens je vakantie. Verwacht geen luxe zoals een vaatwasser of iets dergelijks. Voor verbetering zijn de bedden en de tuinstoelen en tafel buiten (die zijn aan vervanging toe).

Das Haus ist wunderschön und s...

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie.Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig am Rand eines wirklich kleinen Dörfchens. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte bis zur gegenüber liegenden Seite des Dorfes, von wo aus man einen schönen Blick auf den See hat, quasi neben dem kleinen Restaurant.Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.Die abgeschiedene Lage und die Tatsache, dass es sich um ein reines Selbstversorgerhaus handelt, machen allerdings das Mitbringen einer Grundausstattung an Dingen des persönlichen Bedarfs und Lebensmittel notwendig. In dem Örtchen selbst gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Reisetipps: Vom Haus fußläufig zu erreichen ist der "Balcone di Lago", ca. 20 Min. Der Weg ist ausgeschildert. Die Aussicht über den See ist atemberaubent. Wer ein Lunchpaket dabei hat, kann an den Tischen und Bänken eine kleine Pause genießen.Die nächste kleine Stadt ist Luino mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank, Restaurants und kleiner, schöner Promenade. Hier kann man auch kleine Boote führerscheinfrei mieten (bis 40 PS).Mittwochs ist die Innenstadt bis ca. 17 Uhr wegen des Marktes für PKW gesperrt.Von Laveno aus fährt eine Autofähre regelmäßig zur anderen Seeseite nach Intra/Verbania.Der schönste Strand ist in Maccagna, mit dem Auto 25 Min. in nördl. Richtung. Hier gibt es eine kleine Strandbar, öffentliche Toiletten und einen großen, nahe gelegenen Parkplatz. Alter Baumbestand liefert großzügigen Schatten. Obwohl es ein Kiesstrand ist, ist das Wasser problemlosbarfuß zu erreichen.

Wunderbar ruhig

Inmitten der Natur hat das Haus eine schöne Wohlfühlatmosphare. Lange, kurvenreiche Anfahrt wird belohnt mit purer Natur (Rehe, Glühwürmchen, Vogelgezwitscher)

Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Es bietet sehr viel Platz im und ums Haus.

Es ist grosszügig, hat viel Platz für Kinder . Jedoch nicht für ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen. Es steht auf einer wunderschönen Alp, jedoch sehr abgelegen mit 30 Minuten fahrt und diese auch noch sehr kurvig. Dies beinhaltet auch die Einkäufe. Für Mountainbiker und Wanderer ein Traum.

Für Naturliebhaber ein Paradies

Das Haus liegt in einer traumhaften Landschaft auf ca 850 m Höhe. Abseits von Stress und Hektik. Wenn man abschalten möchte dann an diesem Ort. Die Innenausstattung könnte etwas gemütlicher sein. Es fehlen Sitzgelegenheiten zum chillen. Was die Sauberkeit angeht darf man nicht allzu penibel sein. Ansonsten ein wunderschöner Ort um den stressigen Alltag hinter sich zu lassen.

Maison très agréable dans un hameau situé dans la montagne. L'accès par contre est assez long jusqu'à Laveno. Il faut à mon avis profiter du site magnifique et ne pas partir faire du tourisme tous les jours. Idéal pour se couper du monde hyperconnecté et faire des promenades.
