Private: well-kept terraced garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.). 300 m long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 300 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 300 m, bicycle rental 10 km, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 10 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, cycle lane 10 km.
