Beautiful farm estate "Son Femenia", 2 storeys, surrounded by meadows and fields. 1.5 km from the centre of Santa Margalida, 8 km from the centre of Ca'n Picafort, 19 km from the centre of Alcudia, in a secluded position on top of a hill, 9 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 15'000 m2 (fenced), garden 1'500 m2 with lawn and trees, meadow, swimming pool kidney shaped (13 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: burglar alarm system. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach "Ca'n Picafort" 9 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (150 cm). 2 baths/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace roofed, patio. Liebevoll gepflegte Finca, ruhige Lage. Schöner, großer Garten mit einladendem Pool. Sehr ruhige Lage, wenn man diese sucht. Für diverse Ausflugsziele gut gelegen.

Schöne Finca zum Erholen

Ruhig gelegene Finca mit Blick in die Weite und schön angelegtem Gartenareal. Vor allem der Außenbereich mit großem Terrassenterrain (eine davon überdacht) laden zum Verweilen ein. Pool, der tagsüber von der Sonne beschienen wird und trotz herbstlich niedriger Nachttemperaturen noch zum Schwimmen geeignet war. Nette spanisch sprechende Vermieterin im Nebenhaus mit 4 Hunden, die zeitweise bellen, aber gerne gestreichelt werden. Inneneinrichtung mallorquinisch old-Style, Lichtverhältnisse im Wohnbereich (Küche&Wohnzimmer) etwas gewöhnungsbedürfrig. Nächster Supermarkt (Spar) 2km entfernt, Nächster großer Supermarkt (Lidl) 8km entfernt. Insgesamt ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen!

Die Lage der Finca in einem Ta...

Die Lage der Finca in einem Tal war sehr schön. Haus und Pool sowie Gartenanlage mit Terrasse gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Gesellschaft der Hunde der Nachbarn (Besitzer). Ohne Spanischkenntnisse Kommunikation mit Besitzern schwierig.

Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit des ...

Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit des riesigen Arreals begeistern immer wieder. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet wie im Prospekt beschrieben. Die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter nebenan ist außergewöhnlich. So wurden wir mehrmals zum "echten" mallorcinischen Essen eingeladen. Sehr lecker. Die 3 Collies und der Dackel sind lieb und haben überhaupt nicht gestört. Ferner gibt es noch Ziegen und Geflügel. Im Pool konnte man bei 20 Grad Wassertemperatur noch sehr gut schwimmen.Wir kommen gern wieder. Reisetipps: Can Picafort ist nicht weit und bietet guten Strand und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Die Finca ist wunderschön gele...

Die Finca ist wunderschön gelegen und entspricht exakt den Fotos. Die nebenan wohnenden Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, aber absolut zurückhaltend. Für ganz kleine Kinder sind die kleinen Stufen um die Terrasse nicht ideal, unsere Jüngste (1,5) ist Treppen aber von zu Hause gewohnt, für sie war das kein Problem. Santa Margalida ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, wir konnten morgens ohne Auto unser Frühstück holen. Die Betten sind ein Traum, selten so bequem geschlafen im Urlaub! Kleines Manko: die Hunde der Besitzer bellen sehr ausdauernd, wenn die nicht da sind und jemand am Haus vorbei geht. Das war in den 10 Tagen die wir dort waren allerdings nicht oft der Fall. Insgesamt eine tolle Finca, wir würden wieder hinfahren! Könnten uns auch vorstellen, dass es dort im Frühling oder Herbst sehr schön ist, da die Landschaft drumherum nicht so kahl ist und das Haus auch eine Heizung hat. Reisetipps: An der Plaza von Santa Margalida sind zwei sehr gute Restaurants, das eine heißt Café Junior, das andere liegt schräg gegenüber, wir wissen leider den Namen nicht mehr. In beiden kann man hervorragend essen und sich fernab vom Touri–Rummel fühlen. Für größere Einkäufe eher in den Mercadona in Can Picafort als ins Eroski fahren, ist wesentlich günstiger. An der Straße nach Can Picafort liegt auch ein schönes altes Gemäuer mit einem Restaurant drin. Da sitzt man in einem malerischen alten Innenhof und das Essen ist klasse!
