Villa Es Moli / Son Femenia

Villa Es Moli está situada en Santa Margalida (norte de Mallorca). Ideal para aquellos que deseen disfrutar de la tranquilidad, ya que está situada en una zona rural muy cerca del mar.

La casa era un antiguo molino típico mallorquín, tiene una piscina soleada y un jardín privado. Cuenta con hamacas, sombrilla y una preciosa terraza con vista a la montaña.

La casa tiene un salón con televisión satélite, cocina completa, un baño y una habitación con cama de matrimonio. En el amplio salón hay un gran sofá-cama.

Entre otras cosas, tiene una lavadora, plancha, microondas y tostadora.



Nota 1. Los gastos de limpieza final están incluidos en el precio del alquiler. Esta circunstancia no exime al cliente de su obligación de cuidar la propiedad. Nada se tomará del depósito mientras el uso de la casa sea razonable.

Nota 2. En aquellas propiedades en las que sea posible incluir una cama extra, y siempre sujeto a disponibilidad, el coste será 15€ por persona y día.

Nota 3. La salida de la propiedad es a las 10:00. Cuando sea posible permitir una salida más tarde, siempre sujeto a disponibilidad, el coste será de 90 € hasta las 13:00h. y 160 € hasta las 16:00h.

Nota 4. Entrada al alojamiento con personal de nuestra agencia gratuito hasta las 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) o 50 € (después de las 00:00). Opción de acceso autónomo gratuito con bienvenida del personal al día siguiente

Nota 5. Tenga en cuenta que se requerirá un depósito de seguridad de 300 EUR en efectivo para cubrir cualquier daño potencial a la propiedad y el consumo de energía (0.30 € / Kw). El depósito menos la cantidad de consumo de energía se devolverá al inquilino después de la inspección de salida si no se observan daños a la propiedad más allá del desgaste normal.

Nota 6. En las Islas Baleares, todos hoteles/ alojamientos turísticos tienen la obligación de cobrar a los huéspedes mayores de 16 años la Tasa Turística, la cual luego se abona a las Autoridades Regionales.

A magical place that turned around our 2020 year

We were extremely lucky to find this agency and this place. I found it online and contacted the agency despite that the air corridors' opening was still pending. Spoke with the agency's owner who said that he would hold it through the weekend as the announcement was planned for the following week. One of the few villas I could find that was affordable for only 2 people. Once we heard we could fly on 06/07 , we reserved the property for 3 weeks. Our aim was to enjoy open green space without putting ourselves at risk the pictures were promising. The agent was waiting for us on our arrival day. The place was magical. Superb exactly as the pics showed and even better. We both continue to work 'from home' but it made such a difference to do it from here. The views are SPECTACULAR. I felt that I was in Toscana with the hills while enjoying the all the beauties of Mallorca. Sunsets were the highlight of every day. The pool was refreshing which I kept using between meeting. The owner was delightful, helpful and extremely respectful (a total different experience from a previous rental which had left me with a bad taste). The owners kept this place impeccable. The garden, flowers, grass, pool, everything. Mattress was the unexpected surprise. It was one of the most comfortable mattress I experienced outside from ours (and we use pretty nice hotels). The house had everything we needed. 10 min to our fav beach st Capellans and to fav restaurants (El Molino & Es Figueret). Perfect! Nothing

Fantasticas vacaciones en pareja!!

Hemos estado este verano en esta finca y nos encanto. La zona era muy tranquila y estaba muy cerca de la playa. Las vistas eran increibles, se podia ver toda la Serra de Tramuntana desde el jardin. La piscina estaba bastante bien. Además quiero destacar la amabilidad y el buen trato de los dueños de la finca. Por poner un pero destacar que en el pueblo no habia desmasiado ocio por las noches. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que quiera desconectar o pasar una semana romantica.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Wiederkommen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen alten Mühle auf Mallorca. Das kleine Ferienhaus war perfekt für zwei Personen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und die Kommunikation war reibungslos und angenehm, völlig unkompliziert. Das Anwesen hat einen schönen Pool und eine ruhige Atmosphäre – ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden wir ein kleines Kätzchen, um das wir uns einige Tage lang gekümmert haben. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und half uns, ein neues Zuhause auf einem nahegelegenen Bauernhof für sie zu finden, wo sie nun glücklich mit anderen Katzen aufwächst. Ihre Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

We had a great stay!

We loved the uniqueness of the house and having our own pool. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. There are no neighbours so you definitely feel very secluded, the peace and quiet is what we were looking for. We were glad for the aircon unit in the bedroom! The property manager was also very responsive which was helpful. We absolutely loved our stay here, so the positives outweigh the few negatives. The kitchen is sadly poorly equipped, knives were blunt, some falling apart, only three utensils for cooking. There was not even salt or olive oil available, everything had to be bought and then went to waste at the end of the stay, which doesn’t seem very eco friendly! It was very hard to control the ants in the kitchen and bathroom, it would benefit from a professional looking into this problem rather than removing ants as you go on. The living area gets very hot and the aircon is only in the bedroom. The house would benefit from a ceiling fan in the living area to help with airflow and temperature. We also had an issue with wasps which is nothing anyone can control, and we had some support from the property manager and owner!

Die Lage ist super! Man ist in 15 Minuten am Playa de Muro, in 10 Minuten bei Lidl in Can Picafort! Die Sonnenuntergänge hinter dem Tramuntanagebirge sind unglaublich schön!!! Auflagen für die Liegen und ein großer Sonnenschirm wären super!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Besitzerin konnten wir kurz kennenlernen und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit uns gegenüber. Wir hatten während und nach unseren Aufenthalt nichts auszusetzen, alles haben wir so vorgefunden, wie es vorab beschrieben war. Wir überlegen nächstes Jahr ggf. erneut hier zu buchen.

Wunderbare Finca in toller Lage

Wir waren bereits zum 2.Mal in der schön restaurierten Es Moli in Santa Margalida. Das Haus selbst bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, vor allem der sehr gepflegte, nicht einsehbare Aussenbereich mit großzügiger überdachter Terrasse (es gibt im ganzen Tagesverlauf immer irgendwo ein schattiges Plätzchen) und toller Aussicht ist ein echtes Highlight.

Entspannung pur

Wie beschrieben liegt die alte Mühle außerhalb der Stadt und ist der perfekte Ort für entspannte Tage auf der Insel. Zum nächsten Strand in Can Picaford ist es nicht weit und ansonsten kann man wunderbar am Pool relaxen. In Santa Margalida bekommt man alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Die Übergabe ist schnell und problemlos.

Nice hideaway

A quiet place for a couple, far enough from the crowds, yet close to shops for daily needs. We enjoyed 2 weeks of solitude by the pool garnished with a few day trips. The house is well equipped and was cleaned after a week (fresh towels etc.). Pictures and descriptions are good. The furniture is a bit old and „rustic“ in the living and dining area but most of the time is spent outside. The owner shows up unannounced, a) to ask how things are and b) to clean the pool. The cleaning lady came at a different time than expected. These visits could be coordinated a bit more.

Fab property but a few little things would make it perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very close to nearest town so could walk in for dinner and 10 minutes drive to the nearest beach. The only thing I would mention is that, given the premium price of the property, it should really have things walk washing up brushes, loo roll for the whole week etc. As it slightly took the edge off our experience having to buy these things as they really should be included as standard. Having to pay for electricity also did not quite match the premium feel of the property.

Unvergessliche Woche in traumhafter Umgebung

Schon von weitem sichtbar liegt das wunderschöne Anwesen auf einem Hügel ca. 400m außerhalb des Ortsrandes von Santa Margalida. Wie eine kleine Oase von Grün und Blumen eingefasst hebt sich das Grundstück von den umgebenden Feldern ab. Man hat hier wirklich seine Ruhe (keine Nachbarn weit und breit) und das von außen nicht einsehbare Grundstück ist groß genug, um sich wie ein kleiner Schlossherr zu fühlen. Die geschmackvoll renovierte alte Mühle ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Der äußerst gepflegte Zustand des gesamten Anwesens tut ein übriges, um sich hier rundum wohlzufühlen. Und wenn abends um zehn wie von Geisterhand die Poolbeleuchtung angeht, ist das Postkarten-Panorama mit unverbauter Aussicht auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge perfekt. Das Haus empfängt einen mit typisch mallorquinischer Einrichtung, die Ausstattung ist bestens (vielleicht mit kleinen Abstrichen was die Qualität des Küchenzubehörs angeht). Es ist aber alles da, was man braucht: Klimaanlage, Kaffeemaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach (zur Begrüßung war schon ein großer Beutel mit Eiswürfeln vorbereitet), Gasherd, Ofen, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Spül- und Waschmaschine, Grill und ein kleiner Fernseher. Der Pool ist groß genug um ein paar Bahnen zu ziehen, im flacheren Abschnitt können Kinder (ab ca 4 Jahren) auch stehen. Die Vermieterin hat alles im Griff, was Vor- und Nachteile hat (sie schaut zwischendurch mal nach dem Rechten und einmal stand sie plötzlich im Garten als wir gerade alle im Pool waren). Einen Minuspunkt gibt es jedoch: an unserem letzten Abend wurde der Gärtner einbestellt um den Rasen zu mähen. Die Vermieterin hat ihm die ganze Zeit auf die Finger geschaut und war auch noch während der anschließenden Poolreinigung ständig anwesend. Unsere freundliche Nachfrage, ob man diese (alles in allem 2,5 Stunden dauernden) Arbeiten nicht auch nach unserer Abreise durchführen könne bevor die neuen Gäste eintreffen wurde nicht wirklich reagiert. Ansonsten war aber alles perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Panorama zum Verlieben

Ein wunderbares Haus mit traumhaftem Blick(!), schönem Pool und gepflegtem Garten. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und es ist wirklich alles da, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Außerdem TV mit allen deutschen Kanälen und selbst unser E-Auto konnten wir auf dem Stellplatz und im Ort laden. Die Besitzer sind super nett und haben uns mit frischer Wäsche versorgt. Leider konnte man die Hauptstraße und die landenden Flugzeuge von Palma selbst mit geschlossenem Fenster je nach Wetterlage deutlich hören, deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Alles andere war einfach perfekt.

Wunderschöne ruhige Gegend

Wir hatten eine super erholsame Woche. Die Finca ist super gemütlich, der Pool und die Terrasse lädt zum langen verweilen draussen ein. Die Gastgeberin super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch bei unseren kleinen Vespen Problem wurde sofort abhilfe geschaffen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nächsten Ort zur genüge. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke

Ein traumhafter Ort für Erwachsene und Kinder

Wir waren 14 Tage hier und fanden es einfach traumhaft. Man kann an diesem wunderschönen Ort einfach nur entspannen und in die pure Schönheit der Insel abtauchen. Als Ausgangsort für diverse Ausflüge ist dieses Haus gut geeignet. Alles was man sehen muss kann man innerhalb von maximal 1 Stunde Autofahrt erreichen. Aber auch das muss nicht allzu oft sein, denn einfach nur am Pool den Tag zu verbringen ist genug. Der Garten ist perfekt gepflegt und man kann einfach völlig ungestört von anderen Menschen seinen Urlaub verbringen. Die Kinder können so laut toben wie sie wollen, da es keine Nachbarn gibt! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Amazing place - idyllic 😍

It was our second visit and won't be our last. Fabulous holiday hideaway - relaxing to the max !! I have a couple of points I would like to raise which could only make a stay at this villa even more enjoyable. A new bed would be nice as the one that is in the bedroom is not the most comfortable - we stayed for three weeks and it is not the best. The other point I would like to suggest is a Welcome Pack. We arrived late at night due to airline delays and the only thing that was in the fridge was water. The pack could contain milk/teabags/coffee/sugar/bread/butter and possibly a bottle of wine. This would just give people a chance to arrive and unpack and maybe get there first night over and then they can go to the supermarket on their first full day Other than that - we had a wonderful holiday in a gorgeous villa on a beautiful island. Muy Bueno 👍

Sehr schönes Domizil, Lage ländlich, Bäcker und Lebensmittel im Ort. Perfekt!

Die alte Mühle ist ausserhalb des Ortes, aber gut erreichbar; sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, insbesondere für uns als Selbstversorger mit Küche, Grill,..... Wir lieben solche Ferienhäuser. Sehr netter Empfang und Betreuung des Pools und Gartens. Danke an Juan und Barbara und ihre Mitstreiter. Leider war das Wetter Anfang Mai sehr kühl. Die mobile Gasheizung konnte da nur bedingt helfen. Wir würden Mallorca und Es moli gerne nochmal besuchen, aber dann in der warmen Jahreszeit. Margret und Detlef

Erholung garantiert

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in Es Moli verbracht und kommen gerne wieder! Die Anlage ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von Spül- und Waschmaschine über Grill, Kamin, Luftmatratzen für den Pool bis hin zu Kaffeefiltern und Grillanzünder war wirklich alles vorhanden. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großzügigen Pool, der jeden Morgen gereinigt wurde und der Tatsache, dass es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt. Den Verkehr auf der Landstraße hört man zwar, aber da es sich um keine Hauptverkehrsstraße handelt, hielt sich der Lärm in Grenzen und wir fühlten uns nicht gestört. Supermärkte sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und in unmittelbarer Umgebung kann man gut joggen, bzw. spazierengehen. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub dort verbringen durften!
