Welcome to the "Waterkant" vacation apartment in Olpenitz, your perfect retreat for an unforgettable vacation on the Baltic Sea!
This luxurious two-story accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
Sleep peacefully and comfortably in two lovingly furnished bedrooms located on the second floor.
One bedroom features a double bed (180x200cm), while the other has a small double bed (160x200cm) and a sleeper chair.
Due to its sleeping area of ​​70x190cm, this sleeper chair is only suitable for children! Both bedrooms offer a wardrobe and blackout curtains.
Also on this floor is a spacious bathroom. Enjoy the breathtaking view from the whirlpool tub or relax in the private infrared sauna.
This bathroom also includes a washing machine, a towel warmer, and a hairdryer.
The first floor features a light-filled living area.
Spend cozy evenings by the crackling fireplace and relax on the sofa with a captivating film.
A flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player ensures enjoyable movie nights.

In der Wohnung war alles tipptopp. Der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft und es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte auch einwandfrei. Die Umgebung war leider nicht so perfekt. Zur Badebucht ist es nicht weit. Wenn man aber zum Strand möchte ist es schon ein schönes Stück. Wir hatten zum Glück Fahrräder sowie Anhänger dabei. Gehwege sind leider nicht da was mit kleinen Kindern etwas doof ist. Werden sicher wieder kommen. Aber erst wenn die Kinder größer sind.

Das Haus war super ausgestattet und hatte mehr Teller/Besteck etc. als Personen zugelassen waren. Somit musste man nicht ständig den Geschirrspüler anstellen. Wir fanden es auch sehr sauber. Besonders loben wollen wir die Kommunikation. Direkt vor der Reise hat man immer noch einmal kleine Fragen und die wurden sehr, sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Wir können das Haus, den Ort und das italienische Restaurant vor Ort nur empfehlen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, und das nur, weil es einfach wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet ist, es fehlten Biergläser.

Wunderbare Wohnung am Wasser

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser sehr schön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung auf zwei Ebenen. Besonders der Blick auf die Schlei und den Hafen durch die riesigen bodentiefen Fenster sind wundbar. Sehr schön auch die zum Hafen gelegene Terrasse. Nur die Kopfkissen waren eine mittlere Katastrophe (Füllung aus Plastik?, sehr schell komplett flachgelegen), zum Glück hatten wir noch unsere eigenen kleinen Kissen dabei, was einen angenehmen Schlaf ermöglichte. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen: ALLES ist vorhanden, vom Sparschäler über die Eieruhr zu Auflaufformen, wertiges Besteck und Töpfe etc. Es gibt sogar Rouladennadeln!! Wir kommen garantiert wieder!!!
