Ideal property in Heritage Bay

We had a great time in this great condo. The entire property was well furnished particularly the kitchen which was fully equipped, real home from home. Rear lanai ideal to laze and watch the sun go down, if you are not doing this on the beach of course. The 27 holes of golf are excellent and with the Chelsea system arrange tee times was easy. We particularly enjoyed having the 2 bikes to cycle around the development and the beach chairs were a real bonus. All in all highly recommended and Mary was very helpful in every respect.

Naples Paradise

Very comfortable condo and excellent community amenities. Wonderful, friendly, neighbors and an owner who was always very responsive to our needs. Naples weather during the January thru March period is the best and most consistent in the continental U.S.

Naples is beautiful, with superb weather. Heritage Bay is meticulously maintained.

The condo is first floor, so no stairs. 2 king beds were very comfortable, and so was the furniture! That isn't always the case! Unit was well equipped, and has both a front and back lanai. Pool within a block...easy walk. Somewhat larger main pool within a mile has restaurant on site and workout room, with hot tub. Pools and satellite pools all have restrooms. Clubhouse restaurant has good menu and civilized prices. Unit includes a garage. All very comfortable and private.

We live on a golf course in France and love the atmosphere in Heritage Bay. Our two worlds are perfect with this new addition. We spend a few months here when we can get away. When we are in France we are both heavily involved in the wine industry. I am a Bordeaux wine educator and wine tour operator and my husband insures most of Pomerol and St Emilions vineyards.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property in October 2013. It has rented well in the past since its location is perfect for a winter get-away. The kitchen is well stocked but the choice of restaurants nearby may keep you out more than in.

What makes this property unique

Whether you are a golfer or tennis, yoga or just want to relax, this area is sure to make your vacation perfect. This is one of the most well stocked units. 3 TVs, all kitchen appliances and accessories, bikes, tennis racket, all you need!
