Lakefront - 2 Bedroom/1 Bath With Nearby Boat Launch

We are pleased to offer our family cabin to you after spending time undergoing a total renovation with new central air, new tile & carpeting, new bathroom and oven too (for those that cook on vacation!!!).

We brought this 1970's cabin up to the standards that we know weekly renters want and need in a lakefront vacation home. This will be an ideal place for you to enjoy a week of relaxed fun on some of the most beautiful water on Tablerock Lake and in the Midwest. If you don't like to be in the water, please sit on the partially shaded 15 x 30 deck and enjoy watching the boats go by on the main channel of Table Rock Lake. We have everything from a crockpot to a coffee pot and all you need to bring is your swimsuit and some sunscreen.

Have a boat? No problem as Campbell's Point Marina (Campbellpointmarina.com) is just a short mile away and you can rent a slip from them for $25 a day and drive the boat over to our dock and load and unload. Only one person needs to go get the boat and the rest can wait and relax! We have a nearby boat lunch (less than 100 yards from the house) and you are also welcome to pull your boat out every night when you are done with it if that is what you prefer and store it on the property.

About Doug & Nicole Kuhlman

This is our third home at the lake and eventually our retirement location as soon as we get our two daughters out of school and off the payroll. My wife spent her summers down at the lake and I have been coming down as soon as I met my wife over 20 years ago. We can not think of a better place to be for relaxation, friends and creating memories.

Why Doug & Nicole Kuhlman chose Table Rock Lake

We dreamed about owning a lake home in this area and we have been blessed to own this addition to our listings. We have remodeled our three prior homes in Kansas City as well as the prior two lake homes so I guess by now we are going to call it a hobby and a labor of love for us.

What makes this house unique

This cabin is just the right size for your family. With two bedrooms (queen bed in master and full size bed in other) along with a futon, sofa & love seat in the living room. There is also extra room for an air mattress in the living room if needed. The single bathroom is a bathtub/shower combination so great for little kids that need to soak (or play) in the tub after a hard day of boating!

This is an open area cabin where you can cook breakfast, sit at the table and look at the lake all at the same time. We tore out several walls to make this a true lake house and to enjoy your time together and not be hidden behind walls. You have 13 windows in this house that all give you a view of the lake.

The boat launch is also very close to the cabin and plenty of parking for your cars and trailers.

Shell Knob is known as the quiet side of the lake and just a 35 minute drive to Branson on some scenic roads. You are also just 40 minutes from Eureka Springs Arkansas as well. This area of the lake is best known for boating and relaxing and a small town that gets big during the summer months. You are within 4 miles of grocery stores, restaurants, churches and pharmacy with all paved roads and easy access.

Saturday to Saturday rental weeks only after Memorial Day weekend. $500 down required to hold your week with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Total cost would be $1,120.00 plus $65.00 cleaning fee = $1,185.00. Pets must be discussed and pre-approved from owners and fee non refundable. Cancellation refund in full allowed if we can re-book your week. No charge to change weeks.
