Room with a 140 bed, mezzanine with 2 beds of 90, kitchen. Nice small veranda, overlooking a courtyard. The decoration is regularly renovated for the comfort of all tenants. Parquet recently redone. Installing an awning in 2014. For comfort, the number of places is limited to 4. The area is quiet, even in summer. Many renters come back for several years. Holiday vouchers are accepted since 2016.

Au Calme et Proche de tout

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable. La maison correspond en tout point au descriptif du propriétaire, il ne manque rien. A moins de 10 mn de la plage et du port à pied, et proche de tous les axes routiers pour visiter une très belle région. Nous recommendons vivement cette location.

Nous avons passés de super vacances pendant la première quinzaine de septembre dans cette petite maison où tout est pensé pour satisfaire les locataires dans cette belle région située à 43 km de la Jonquera (Espagne). Beaucoup d'activités sont présentes et nous n'avons pas réussi à faire grand chose tant les possibilités foisonnent, mais nous nous rattraperons l'année prochaine car il est sûr que nous reviendrons. La personne de Saint Cyprien qui vous accueille sait vous conseiller pour les courses, les marchés, etc... Le quartier est très calme et nous a permis de vraiment nous reposer dans cette maison décorée avec goût et dans laquelle rien ne manque au quotidien. M. Ruault merci pour cette prestation et pour votre accueil téléphonique, pour votre sympathie à la hauteur de votre location! Merci pour cette bouffée de bien-être! A bientôt

Proche de la mer (5/10 min à pied avec enfants (et bagages Mdr). Proche port et commerce Location vraiment super équipée, il ne vous manquera absolument rien ! La climatisation, le wifi et le confort de la literie sont vraiment un plus par rapport à nombre d'autres locations ... Quartier très calme (fin de saison). Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Très bon séjour confortable

Location bien située, à quelques minutes de la plage, du port et des commerces. L'appartement est suffisamment grand pour 4 personnes, bien équipé (comme chez soit) avec de bons couchages. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation, les 2 réfrigérateurs, vu les fortes chaleurs de cette période et un plus la connexion internet par box (super pour les ados !) Bonne contact et transaction avec le propriétaire, par mail, courrier, téléphone, soucieux que le séjour se passe pour le mieux. Merci, je recommande cette location.

Deuxième année consécutive que nous louons cette location. Maison décorée avec goût et bien agencée, située dans un quartier très calme. Suffisamment spacieux pour 4 adultes. A 5 minutes de la plage, du port et des commerces. L'installation cette année, d'un store banne géniale ! Cela nous à permis de profiter d'avantage de la terrasse. Petit plus : le wifi. Contact avec les propriétaires très agréable ainsi que les gens sur place qui s'occupent de la remise des clés. A recommander vivement.

Vacances au calme mais proche de toutes activités.

Nous sommes une famille avec un enfant de 4 ans. Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances dans cette location. La plage ainsi que le centre ville sont à 5 min à pieds, et malgré tout, le quartier est très calme. L'habitation est très bien meublée et suffisamment spacieuse pour les vacances. Nous avons eu de très bons contacts autant avec les propriétaires qu'avec les gens qui nous ont reçus.* A recommander vivement.

Très beau logement décoré avec goût. Il y a tout le confort, rien ne manque. Très bonne description, logement très propre. Accès à la mer au port et aux marchés à pied, vous n'avez pas besoin de votre voiture ce qui est très plaisant. l'accueil reçu par les personnes sur place plus qu'agréable, et très disponible un grand merci. Je conseille cette location à: Seniors, Vacanciers sans véhicules, Familles avec enfants, personnes à mobilité réduite.

Séjour-plaisir !

Quel plaisir de découvrir ce logement ! Une déco marine sympa nous ouvrait les bras. Tout a été bien pensé : on n'a manqué de rien. On reconnaît tout de suite les propriétaires soucieux du confort de leurs locataires ! Et si besoin en était, l'accueil reçu par la personne de contact sur place a achevé de nous séduire ! Merci pour ce séjour très agréable... On reviendra avec grand plaisir.
