The apartment is located 5 minutes by car from Angouleme town center, in the Sillac district. The area is residential and very quiet. You won't be disturbed at all, despite the nearby train tracks. The property is close to all amenities (bakery, Lidl, Restaurants/Fast-food, Picard, bus stop).
