This property was perfect for a large group of 20 people. It's clean and spacious. The vast grounds were wonderful for a prayer retreat. We enjoyed our stay. Polly was accessible on phone and helped us with check in. I recommend it to people looking for a quiet getaway

The Lodge is gorgeous, the views are spectacular, the fishing at the pond was a blast, and the kitchen is a cook's dream! Polly was easy to communicate with and gave great detailed instructions as needed. There were even lots of touches for our little one including a pack n play, high chair, Ave a few other items. This is the perfect place for family or group gatherings!

This place was perfect for our extended family of 20, celebrating our 50th anniversary. It allowed us enough space to gather inside and out and also places to retreat to when we needed a bit of solitude. The kitchen was very functional and well equipped. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Our grandkids loved the media room. Outdoor space with the large deck, ample seating and an amazing view were enjoyed by all. The cabin themes were fun and we were far enough from town to feel the peacefulness yet close enough for convenience. We had not been all together for 10 years due to distances we live from each other, so we also had professional pictures done in this beautiful setting both by the pond and in the trees.

We took about 20 men from our church to this property for a weekend retreat, and boy, did they love it! I don't need to describe the amenities - they are all accurately listed. SO many reasons to come here! It was very clean, and roomy, and had just about anything you would need. Polly was very easy to communicate with, and check-in/checkout was a breeze. My guys want to go there again, and the women's group was jealous they didn't get to got there this year!

This was hands down the cleanest and well taken care of VRBO we have stayed at and we have stayed in many. Such a beautiful and well stocked home. Owners were great and easy to communicate with.

This is one the best properties for hosting a large group. Anytime we are in the Monmouth area we look forward to staying at the Fern Hill Lodge…lots of space, lots to do, lots of beauty, and lots of nature; we’ve made countless memories and look forward to making many more during future stays. Cannot recommend this property enough, it is amazing!!!

Fern Hill Lodge was the perfect venue for our multi-generational family reunion. The beautiful lodge and expansive private property accommodated our large group well. We enjoyed a fully equipped, large kitchen and open dining and living room. Highly recommend this rental!
