The lovingly landscaped, southwest-facing garden offers optimal sun exposure. On the private 20 m² sun terrace, complete with high-quality garden furniture, a beach chair, and two sun loungers, you can enjoy relaxing hours in the fresh North Sea air. Here you’ll experience luxury and relaxation right by the beach.
A special highlight is the spacious sauna area with a Finnish sauna and its own relaxation area. After a long walk on the beach or a bike ride along the Sylt coast, you can enjoy soothing relaxation here. Two high-quality natural stone bathrooms with showers and toilets, a freestanding bathtub, and an additional guest bathroom offer exclusive comfort at the highest level. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (1x2.9 m) and high-quality hotel mattresses, guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep. A third (open) bedroom with two single beds (0.9 x 2 m) provides additional sleeping space.
This holiday home also meets the highest technical standards. Several HD LED TVs, a SONOROS stereo system with a CD player, radio, and Bluetooth, unlimited Wi-Fi, and a flat-rate phone plan ensure modern amenities. A washing machine and dryer are available, as are a private parking space and storage for bicycles. Families will appreciate the high chair, cot, and a nearby playground. Shops for daily necessities are located in the immediate vicinity. Friedrichstraße in the centre of Westerland is about two kilometres away, while the popular Gosch in Wenningstedt is just about one kilometre away. All accommodation prices are based on a maximum of 2 people.
Each additional person (ages 4 and up) is charged €23 per night.

Plus a one-time fee: €277 for final cleaning and €25 for the booking fee.

- Please schedule arrival and departure days for Saturday, Sunday, Friday, or Thursday whenever possible, subject to the occupancy schedule and availability. Other arrival days available upon request.
- Plus tourist tax (ages 18 and up): €4.10 per person per day from May 1 to October 31, or €2.05 per person per day from January 1 to April 30.
The visitor’s tax is payable at the time of booking and will be forwarded by us to the tourist office.
- On holidays and during school breaks, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
