Losone is near place to Ascona and lies ca. 2 km from Locarno. The house was built in 1962 and renovated partially in 2009. The one family house lies on quiet position, village border and near the wood. The river Maggia with bath possibilities, (different types of beaches), large meadow, often with drinks stall and barbeque possibility, just 200 m form the house. The one floor house has mountain view. From the living room exit on covered and furnished terrace. Garden with meadow for private use. Driveway until house. Reserved parking place. Bus stop, store ca 1.3km. Golf place Losone with 18-holes ca. 1.5km. Lake, Ascona ca. 4km. Bed, kitchen linen available. Washing machine/dryer for private use. Pets permitted.
