Brissago lies about 9 km from Locarno near the Italian border. The house lies in the upper part of Brissago on sunny and cliff position and has a beautiful view on the lake and the mountains from Ascona to Italy. Outdoor pool (2.5m x 6m open ca. from June until end of September, weather dependent) with garden and sunbathing area. Large lake side balcony with lying area, sun blinds and furniture. Driveway to house and separate garage. Bus stop, lake and beach about 1 km (bus stop with special schedule in 200m). Food store about 1.8 km. Bed/kitchen linen and washing machine available. Pets are permitted.
4 ½ room-house for 5 persons, 1st floor
Entrance hall and dining area with table. Living room with furniture, fireplace, radio, sat-TV, stereo, wireless internet and exit on large lake-side balcony. Kitchen in separate room with cooking combination, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each. 1 bedroom with 1 bed. Bathroom with tub/toilet/double sink/bidet. Wir haben und in der Casa Martina sehr wohl gefühlt und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Das Haus hatte alles was es für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt benötigt und auch unser Hund fühlte sich pudelwohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Brissago an den wunderschönen Lago Maggiore.

Sehr schöne Lage, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit bequemer Garage und Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Kleinere Punkte wie fehlende Ventilatoren (Hitze in den Schlafzimmern), Waschküche und Poolreinigung könnten verbessert werden. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Casa Martina. Wir kommen wieder.
