Porto Ronco lies between Ascona and Brissago on the Lake Maggiore. The apartment house is located on an elevated and sunny position above the village. Beautiful panoramic view of the lake towards Ascona and far until Italy, the opposite Brissago islands and the mountains. Lake side, large balcony with furniture. Indoor swimmingpool (ca. 5x15m, open all year round) with small outdoor terrace and sauna for common use. Elevator. Driveway until house, reserved parking space in garage. Bus stop ca.100m. Shops ca. 3 km. Lake with beach ca. 2km. Bed, kitchen linen available. Washing machine for common use. Pets permitted.
