The fully renovated accommodation is located on the top floor with no direct neighbors, offering a spacious layout and high-quality furnishings.
One bedroom features a double bed for restful sleep, while the second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for friends or families. A modern bathroom with shower and an additional guest WC provide comfort and flexibility, even for longer stays.
Each room has individually controlled air conditioning for a pleasant indoor climate.
The apartment offers two terraces: the upper terrace features a whirlpool/Jacuzzi, a private lounge area with shower, and stunning views of the mountains, the Maspalomas lighthouse, and the rooftops of Campo Internacional – perfect for sunbathing or relaxing. The lower terrace provides a cozy seating area for aperitifs, breakfast, or relaxed evenings outdoors.
The newly designed pool area in the well-maintained residential complex is also available.
