Quiet secluded dream place

Excellent location

Excellent location close to all amenities. Both checkin and check out were seamless. Property benefits from a large communal pool which was quiet and offered a break from the secluded garden area. 2nd time staying at this location and expect to return.

Delightful

Lovely place to stay. The cold water tub was very welcome in the very hot weather as was the excellent pool on the complex. Everything was close by and could be reached on foot or by a short car journey. The taxi rank just around the corner allowed trips out without worrying about driving when needed. A great place, and very much recommended.

Our little part of paradise

The stay at this location was great; secluded, private, and easy accessible. I would however recommend having a rental car. Clean, complete, good airco, great to have a private little swimming pool on top of the public large swimming pool on the domain. The gasbarbeque is also a nice luxury to cook outside. Reception by Katia and Daniele was also very good.

An Oasis in Masplomas

We selected this bungalow because it looked perfect as a base for us to explore Gran Canaria with our car and had the advantage of being Pet Friendly, so we could travel with our small dog. We were greeted by Kat (The Property Manager) with a friendly smile outside the complex, who walked us through pristine pathways surrounded by hedges to our bungalow. The bungalow matched the description and pictures on VRBO. Even better than imagined, it had its own secure gate, a garden with sun loungers, exterior dining table, outside shower and external lighting so we could enjoy what became our own little oasis, away from the busy tourist spots of Maspalomas. The complex had an added advantage of a large pool with sun loungers, which was great to visit late afternoon. The whole complex was kept neat by attentive Gardners.

Fantastic 10 night stay!

We had a fantastic 10 night stay in Mar-24, and would certainly return to the property again. Property matches the photos and the outside area is fantastic! The plunge pool great on the hot days, and the complex pool also excellent, very quiet and never overly busy. The property is very well maintained and the Beach Flor complex is also very high standard, everything well cared for and lovely plants/flowers. The property has everything you would need, washer, dishwasher, and a great location. Very easy to get a Taxi to Meloneras or Playa del Ingles in an evening just 5 euros each way. We did hire a car too and explored in the day. Thanks for a fantastic Holiday! :0) Communication with the Host very easy through Whats App, very helpful and check in had a personal touch, also great if any queries, faultless. Many thanks, Craig

The ‘villa’ was situated in a complex of roughly another 100 almost identical properties sitting in very close proximity. The description peace and tranquility was far from accurate as our immediate neighbour appeared to be running an iron monger business from his yard. Daily metal grinding/drilling sometimes so noisy we couldn’t hear each other speak. Was also far away from amenities Meloneras was a 35 minute walk. Bed linen of low quality and inside was dated with ancient WiFi router. The bathroom needs upgrading shower was prone to fall off wall! Communication re surroundings/directions absent, would recommend a villa booklet.

Rude unfriendly and just first guests ever I’m happy there gone : hope you read all out comments from other guests These two was really pissed off already before arriving Unfriendly and replay by Vrbo messages really rude and there was one day works on the neighbors house 1 day!!! The guy was expecting a private villa but it’s written bungalow not villa Did left without advice me, told me to meet at 11.30 I was there and they left already leaving open all doors and full with garbage everywhere I think you should check the description and transept it in Vrbo UK better Happy that he don’t come again

Der Bungalow war sauber. Katja war bei der Ankunft krank und daher war die Übergabe des Bungalows schwierig und wir bekamen nicht alle Schlüssel und keine Einweisung. Den Pool konnten wir in den 3 Wochen nur zwei Mal benutzen, da er repariert wurde. Als Alternative durften wir in eine 8 Minuten entfernte Bungalow Anlage schwimmen gehen, dieser war aber nicht vergleichbar mit dem Pool in unserer Anlage. Daher hätten wir gerne eine Preisminderung / Entschädigung erhalten, welche aber abgelehnt wurde.Leider hat man keine grosse Privatsphäre, da der Zaun um das Bungalow nicht blickdicht ist und ständig jemand herumläuft. Es hat sehr viele Katzen in der Anlage. Gerne hätten wir uns mal eine Reinigung in den 3 Wochen des privaten Pools gewünscht. Die Wasserreinigungsanlage fängt um 4.30Uhr an zu laufen, leider hört man diese stark im Schlafzimmer.Katja war immer schnell erreichbar und sehr freundlich.Die Anlage ist etwas abgelegen.

Schöner ruhiger Bungalow

Gut eingerichteter Bungalow. Sogar ein Backofen und eine Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Deutsche Fernsehsender können per App über das Handy empfangen werden. Eine Satellitenanlage gibt es nicht.

VACACIONES GENIALES

El bungalow es perfecto para disfrutar de unas tranquilas vacaciones de sol, piscina y playa. Es recomendable alquilar coche para desplazarte y hacer turismo por la isla. Gracias a Katia que nos asesoró en todo, en el alquiler del coche, en zonas de turismo, en playas y pueblos que visitar, hasta en donde adquirir souvenirs para mi suegra. Muchas gracias Katia, eres muy amable y te has portado muy bien con mi familia, eres la anfitriona perfecta. Espero que te vaya todo bien. Y espero regresar el año próximo. 3 Weeks

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Katia war als Host schnell und einfach erreichbar. Sie hat bei Problemen schnell geholfen (Türgriff fiel ab) und auch für regelmäßige Reinigung gesorgt (Pool und Bungalow). Leider gab es aufgrund der Lage des Bungalows (in direkter Nachbarschaft mit über 100 anderen Bungalows) einige Lärmbelästigung durch Baumaßnahmen der unmittelbar angrenzenden Nachbarn. Dafür kann natürlich der Gastgeber nichts, jedoch war es sehr störend. Die Hecke / Zaun ist außerdem nicht blickdicht, wovon wir zuvor ausgegangen waren. Weiter hatten wir etwas mehr Platz im Inneren erwartet, aber das müssen wir wohl uns selbst zuschreiben.

Wraparound terrace is the thing

This is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway. Hidden in amongst other similar bungalows, this bungalow offers tranquillity and three zones of outside space: a shaded area with sofas and a large dining table, an open area with sun loungers, and a third with a bbq, cold-water tub and kitchenette. Meanwhile indoors is well-appointed, modern and bright. It was just what we needed - winter sun and peace and quiet.

Lovely garden and communal pool

The enclosed outdoorspace is lovely with sofa and dinnertable, the outdoorkitchen with dishwasher and washingmachine is very good. Indoors is as you can expect from the pictures. There was way to few glasses and cutlery, but after telling our host she was fast completing that. The big issue for us was the bbq, the gasgrill was replaced with a ancient charcoalgrill. When we complained, the host at first did say she could replace grill and furniture the way she chose. Lesson learned for next time we rent. However after two weeks a new gasgrill was delivered, Since the host has no keys to the garden and we weren’t there when she wanted to put it together that wasn’t done during our stay. An advice for future guests/host is to see to that she has a key to the garden. We don’t want to stay home and wait for different handymans coming to the garden when we are on vacation.

We understand perfectly that you wasn’t happy about that the gas bbq wasn’t there but unfortunately the last guests have broken it (2000€ Gas grill ) and as we had to wait to get a replay for a new one. At the final as it happens unfortunately we don’t get any cent but bought a new one. These things happens but I’m happy that you still liked the place There was no need of an handy man we bought the bbq for you so it was just to install it I’m happy about that you told me there where not enough glasses as it’s important to know if something is missing Mostly the cleaning company don’t tell you about what is missing so it’s great to have your information to improve Thanks for your comments and thank you for your stay Best wishes for new year

My husband and I returned on Wednesday after spending a wonderful week here . Everything was as it looks on the pictures, no in fact the pictures don’t do it justice , the outside space was just fantastic, it felt like our own little piece of heaven, so peaceful and quiet and very relaxing, . The host Katia was very helpful from start to finish, always going above and beyond, I would have no hesitation about returning or recommending to anyone x There was a small shop right next door for every day essentials , and a larger supermarket about fifteen walk away , although not a lot of restaurants right on the doorstep it was only a lovely thirty minute walk away from the beach and lighthouse where there are an abundance of wonderful restaurants and a taxi ride back was only €5 , so you have the best of both worlds 😍 all in all a wonderful little find 😍😍
