Beautiful View

We enjoyed staying at Nifty Shades of Gray. We loved being right on the beach. The view from the kitchen and living room is spectacular. The house was very clean. My only suggestion is to not limit the paper products and basic supplies. At this price point (I paid 17K for one week) I don't think I should have to worry about running out of paper towels.

Nifty Shades of Gray

We've stayed here three summers in a row and will probably keep going back. It's the perfect location, plenty of space for a big group, beachfront, great view, clean, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Great house front row on the beach. A short walk to rosemary. The house has incredible views and was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Great location

We loved this house and location! Quick bike ride to Rosemary. The house was clean and updated. Lots of space and right on a private beach. We all enjoyed this special house!

We loved the house, location and tile private beach. Awesome house with incredible views.

Excellent property. We loved going in Rosemary everyday for coffee . Went to close private beach every day. The views were incredible. We will be back.

Family Beach Vacation

If views, location and beach access are top of your list, then stay here! Everything about Nifty shades of grey exceeded our expectations. The layout worked perfect for our multi-family group. Cant wait to catch a future sunset from the deck!

Beautiful view great white sandy beaches . Warm warm clear water

On the gulf

Views of the gulf from every room. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Beautiful decor. Enjoyed sitting on the porch to view our private sunset. Even had our beach chairs and umbrella set up every day. Great vacation.

Hurricane Ida week

We had a perfect place on the beach. Even with crazy weather we had a front row seat and ready to go back to the beach when it cleared up

Spring Break

Excellent property. It's what a beach house should be. Was on vacation with three teenagers. Great property for teens and adults. Plenty of room. Private walk over to beach. Great trip.

We Love Nifty Shades!

We are repeat renters and love the spaciousness and location of this house! Plenty of room for group of 10-12, the kitchen is great and the "protected" beach area is invaluable as this slice of heaven on 30A gets more crowded. Hoping to be back for two weeks next year! One final comment - Paradise Properties is AWESOME to work with!!!

Amazing beach front home!

The house was perfect. The photos were beautiful but the house was even more so in person. Great location next to Rosemary Beach. Easily walkable or ride the bikes down 30A. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space. And sunset on the deck great. Highly recommend this house.
