Why Joey and Ron Richards chose Williams
We chose this property because we lived in Kingman, AZ and traveled many times to Williams, AZ to go fishing, browse through the antique shops, eat at the excellent restaurants and we just fell in love with the area.
What makes this House unique
This home is so unique because of the beautiful Knotty Pine walls throughout and the peacefulness we feel being surrounded by the trees and nature. It is a great escape from everyday life.

Great little cabin to stay and see the sites of William and Grand Canyon.
The cabin is exactly as advertised. It's charming, comfortable and 10 minutes from Williams. There are neighbors but also enough Junipers and pines to make you feel secluded and it is a quiet area. The check out instructions do ask for you to take out all the trash, strip the beds and put all the used towels in the laundry room. Not a big deal but not known until you get there. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and I would recommend it for couples or those with small families. It was a great place to come back to after a busy day exploring. Thank you to the owners for sharing!!
Great spot to stay close to the Grand Canyon
My family and I loved this place. A great space for a family of 4. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this home to anyone.
We loved the property!
The house was perfect for our family and had everything there that we needed. Very quiet and pretty location, yet easy to get to wherever we wanted to go.
The house was very clean and the manager was very nice and willing to accommodate.
We loved this property. I live in the country back home so this atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. Beds were comfy and the rooms were lovely. The housr is beautiful. My smallest child says if we ever come back we must stay here again.
We really appreciate the nice review. We always try and make every guest feel like they are at home away from home. We would love for you to return next year!!!
Nice and clean cabin. Could use improvements.
Cabin was nice and clean. Living room and kitchen were good. However, would not return because of how uncomfortable the beds were - foam toppers would be a nice addition. And bring your own toilet paper.
Jill, so sorry you were not 100% satisfied. We do have toppers on the bed and not sure what the issue was regarding toilet paper, we supply a nice 2 ply toilet paper. As you can see we only have 5 star reviews...I have only had 1 other guest who could not be satisfied no matter how we accommodated them. If you would have contacted myself or my manager during your stay we would have at least tried.
Quiet & convenient stay near the Grand Canyon
We had a great stay over the New Year. This cottage was perfect for our family of 4, with a master bedroom and 2 smaller rooms upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed, cookware and a Keurig coffeemaker. We had a quick breakfast in the mornings before driving to the Canyon (about 45 minutes, depending on traffic) and made dinner a couple of evenings. Our boys talked us into a Monopoly session one night using the selection of board games available. It was probably too cold while we were there to see much wildlife, but it looked like a great area for it. This clean, comfortable cabin is the perfect location if you want to experience the Grand Canyon (or Flagstaff), but like a quiet place to retreat away from the crowds. Would definitely recommend for families.
Bearizona is a must see, fun for the whole family. Grand Canyon is just 50 min away as well as the Grand Canyon Railway only 10 min away in downtown Williams.
